Enda Devine / IPB Insurance

Enda Devine is a highly experienced finance director, having worked in a number of leading global financial services corporations where extensive commercial experience has been demonstrated.

He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and a member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland with a Diploma in Information Systems awarded by Trinity College Dublin.

Alan Doherty / Actavo

Alan Doherty was appointed Chief Financial Officer and to the board of Actavo in January 2013.

He joined the company from AIB Group, where was Managing Director of AIB Corporate Finance.

Prior to AIB Corporate Finance he was with Goodbody Stockbrokers and before that with Arthur Andersen.

He has over 25 years’ experience working with both Irish and overseas companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic direction, IPOs, disposals and fundraisings.

Doherty is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a first class honours degree in Commerce.

Geoff Doherty / Kingspan

Geoff Doherty is the Group Chief Financial Officer.

He joined the Group, and was appointed to the Board, in January 2011.

Prior to joining Kingspan he was the Chief Financial Officer of Greencore, having previously worked in IWP International, PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Simpson Xavier accountants in Dublin.

He is a qualified chartered accountant with significant experience of financial management in an international manufacturing environment.


Declan Doyle / Noonan

Noonan provides a wide range of outsourced services and solutions to clients across the UK and Ireland. Its Chief Financial Officer, Declan Doyle, is key to the financial success if the company’s operations.

Previously, Doyle has served as Group Finance Director and Group Financial Controller at Noonan.

Doyle holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin.

Michael Doyle / Digiweb Group

Michael Doyle, a qualified accountant (ACMA) and experienced banker, joined Digiweb as Head of Finance in 2006.

He has previously worked with the corporate unit of Lombard (a division of Royal Bank of Scotland) and prior to that with diverse experience across Bank of Ireland Corporate and Business Banking.

Tamara Dragasevic / Comtrade Digital Services

Tamara Dragasevic is Chief Financial Officer at Comtrade Digital Solutions, a software product business, a services company and a systems integrator with infrastructure and campuses in ten countries.

Dragasevic leads all controlling, accounting and treasury activities for the following markets: Slovenia, Serbia, USA, Ireland and Bosnia.

She manages the finance team of over 20 people throughout different locations, advising top management on business decisions.

She is also in charge of the Purchasing and Shared Services department (responsible for internal purchases of fixed assets, as well as travel budgets).

Previously, she was CFO at Delta Maxi International, Risk Manager at EFG Bank and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ewan Dunbar / Virgin Media Ireland

Ewan Dunbar was recently appointed as Finance Director to Virgin Media Ireland Group following ten years with the company. 

He trained with KPMG in Glasgow where he qualified as a CA before moving to join EY in Dublin in October 2002.  

He moved into industry, joining ModusLink in 2004 where he reported to the European CFO, before moving to UPC Ireland in 2006. 

During his tenure with UPC (now Virgin Media) he has overseen a number of significant operational changes and M&A projects including the amalgamation of Chorus and NTL and more recently the acquisitions of TV3, UTV Ireland and Bitbuzz. 

Dunbar has received a number of accolades throughout his career including being named Accountant of the Year in Industry in 2016.

Gareth Dunphy / Wells Fargo

Gareth Dunphy is Chief Financial Officer at Wells Fargo Bank International

He is a qualified FCA with experience in foreign-owned Irish banks and extensive experience in delivering high-quality output in a very demanding, deadline-driven environment.

Suzanne Eade / Horse Racing Ireland

Suzanne Eade took over as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Horse Racing Ireland in 2015, replacing Margaret Davin.

Her role controls one of the largest expenditure accounts in Irish sport.

Previously, Eade worked as Finance Director at Boots Retail Ireland.

She has also held senior roles in the multinational sector including with Procter and Gamble.

Thomas Edwards-Moss / Hibernia REIT

Tom Edwards-Moss joined the board of Hibernia as Chief Financial Officer in November 2015, following the internalisation of the Investment Manager.

Prior to this he held the same role in the Investment Manager since joining in June 2014.

Previously, he spent nine years at Credit Suisse in the UK and Ireland Investment Banking team. While there, he had a particular focus on corporate finance in the property sector and he advised on the initial public offering of Hibernia REIT.

He is a graduate of Cambridge University and qualified as a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005.

Eric Fady / First Names Group

Eric Fady has overall responsibility for delivering on First Names Group’s financial support needs.

With over 20 years’ international and corporate finance experience working for public and private equity backed companies, Fady leads the finance team at First Names.

After graduating from NEOMA Business School in France, Fady began his career as an accountant with KPMG in Lyon.

Now a dual citizen of Britain and France, he held the position of Group CFO of a private equity backed company headquartered in London before joining First Names Group at the start of 2016.

Pat Fenlon / ESB

Pat Fenlon took up the role of Group Finance Director at ESB in July 2016.

He has held a number of senior financial and general management positions across ESB, including General Manager of Electric Ireland, Corporate Change Manager and most recently as Group Finance and Commercial Manager.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and previously worked with PriceWaterhouse Cooper in Dublin.

Graham Ferguson / First Derivatives

Graham Ferguson joined the board of First Derivatives in August 2008 and takes responsibility for the financial operations of the Group.

He formerly held senior roles with KPMG, Bank of Ireland and Silverwood Property Developments and is a qualified chartered accountant.

During his career he has worked on numerous corporate acquisitions and restructuring projects and has experience in business and acquisition finance.


Sinead Fitzmaurice / Taxback Group

Sinead Fitzmaurice joined Taxback.com in 2005 as the finance director of Transfermate, before becoming the Taxback Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland in 1996.

Prior to joining Taxback.com, Sinead held the position of Group Financial Controller with Venner International SA and was instrumental in assisting with that group’s Initial Public Offering of its distribution group LMATM on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2005.

Fitzmaurice previously worked as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Donal Flynn / Glen Dimplex

Donal Flynn has been Chief Financial Officer of Glen Dimplex Group since August 2016.

Before joining ESB in August 2010, Flynn was CFO with SSE Airtricity and held a number of finance roles in General Electric.

He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, having worked in both the London and Dublin practices of the company from 1995 to 1998.

He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master’s in Accounting degrees from University College Galway and University College Dublin respectively.


Stacy Flynn / Heritage Ventures

Stacy Flynn is Chief Financial Officer at Heritage Ventures, an advisory firm for small to mid-sized high-tech startups.

She is a finance professional with over 12 years’ experience within the areas of Audit, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Group Reporting, with notable success in my most recent role of Finance Director with Exterion Media.

Flynn has a proven record of delivering cost-saving initiatives by leading improvements to systems and processes.

Mark Garvey / Glanbia

Mark Garvey was appointed as Group Finance Director to Glanbia in November 2013.

Prior to joining Glanbia he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2012 with Sara Lee Corporation, a leading global food and beverage company.

Mark also held a number of senior finance roles in the Sara Lee Corporation in the US and Europe and prior to that he worked with Arthur Andersen in Ireland and the US.

A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Garvey graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Professional Accounting and has an Executive MBA from Northwestern University, Illinois.

Alex Gersh / Paddy Power Betfair

Alex Gersh was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Betfair Group in late 2012.

He has extensive experience of working in highly competitive, international businesses and since the merger with Paddy Power, has become very influential in the success of Paddy Power Betfair.

Prior to being Chief Financial Officer of Betfair Group plc, he had been Chief Financial Officer at NDS Group, Flag Telecom and BT Cellnet.

He is a qualified certified public accountant and his early career was spent with Ernst & Young.

Raymond Gray / DAA

Raymond Gray is Group CFO with DAA with responsibility for airport investments, finance, procurement and shared services.

He is a member of the supervisory board of Flughafen Düsseldorf Gmbh and a director of Hermes Airports.

Gray is also a Director of Aer Rianta International and DAA Finance.
