The eircom Junior Spiders 2015 took place at Facebook HQ in Dublin on April 20thThe Awards were established in 2009 to acknowledge innovation amongst web creators under the age of 19.

Since 1996 the eircom Spider Awards have honoured Irish individuals and organisations for their outstanding achievements online and celebrated the successes of the Irish internet and digital media. The Junior Spiders, an idea originated by Business & Finance working closely with main sponsors eircom, acts as a parallel programme for youths under the age of 19.

Notable winners at the event included reCharge My eCar, CoderDojo DCU, Dublin (Mega Spiders winner), CoderDojo Mallow, Davis College, Cork (Giga Spiders winner), and Recineration, Patrician High School, Monaghan (Tera Spiders winner).
