Irish law firm ByrneWallace has won the ‘Ireland Client Service Award 2017’ at the Chambers Europe Awards, held in London.

The awards are presented annually and honour outstanding European law firms for their pre-eminence in key practice areas and their achievements over the last 12 months, including notable work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service. The research is also based on the feedback and recommendations made by clients in Ireland and internationally.

At the awards, ByrneWallace was commended for the quality of the firm’s legal advice and its dedication to delivering the highest standards of client service.

ByrneWallace managing partner Catherine Guy said: “Our clients are at the centre of our business and it is our aim is to make their experience in working with us as positive and as successful as possible. Delivering an excellent client service is core to the ethos and values of ByrneWallace, and we continuously challenge ourselves to find innovative ways to deliver an even better service to our clients.

“What makes this award more important and rewarding is that it is based on the opinions of our clients and we are extremely grateful to our clients for their continuous support.”

ByrneWallace has previously been honoured for its excellence in service delivery. In 2016, the firm won Ireland Law Firm of the Year at the Irish Law Awards, and two international Client Choice Awards.

Earlier this month, ByrneWallace was also shortlisted for the Excellence in Client Service Award 2017 by the Irish Law Awards and named a finalist in four of its other award categories.
