Dublin Tech Summit (DTS) has opened its doors to over 10,000 attendees for a two-day tech conference at The CCD in Dublin.

The conference will welcome leaders and members of the tech community from across the globe to share insights, learn and network.

The first-year event has curated an ambitious and progressive line-up focusing on hot topics that will disrupt industries across the board.

The summit will feature a range of interesting speakers, including Jonathan Reichental, Bruce Daisley, Cindy Gallop, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jimmy Chamberlin, Matthew Luhn, and many more.

Dublin Tech Summit CEO Noelle O’Reilly said: “We hope DTS serves as a drawing board for tech leaders and innovators worldwide, stimulating discussion on some of the most topical issues for the coming year such as AI, VR, the Internet of Things, adblock technologies, and the future of fintech.”

The schedule for the two-day event has placed significant emphasis on VR and AR, trending topics that will be of significant interest to a large number of the audience.

Elaborating further O’Reilly commented: “VR and AR are such trending topics at the minute, what sounded revolutionary when we first said it two years ago has become accepted wisdom. The market has actually launched, and we’ve got 12 months of real-world performance and major tech players’ strategies emerging. We looked to see what’s the next step in this space.”

Speakers such as David Moloney (Intel) and Ola Bjorling (MediaMonks) will provide insights on the future of VR and AR.

The event offers an opportunity for members of the tech community to meet and exchange ideas facilitated by the DTS App and Online Meeting Scheduler. Demonstrations will be provided in the Expo Hall for attendees to experience first-hand some of the latest innovations in tech.
