Niamh O’Driscoll and Eimhin Russell, partners at  Fastnet – The Talent Group, open new Dublin office

Talent management and recruitment consultancy Fastnet has opened offices in Dublin and announced the addition of five new jobs at the new location.

The Irish-owned firm provides a broad portfolio of talent solutions to many leading FDI and multinational companies in the life sciences, agri-food and associated business services sectors.

Speaking at the official opening of the new offices in Dublin, company founder and managing partner Niamh O’Driscoll said: “Our business has grown exponentially over the past 36 months with year-on-year growth of 48%. Much of this growth has been driven by repeat business from clients who value the support of a boutique strategic staffing partner. Attracting, engaging, developing and retaining the right talent is critical to success and our service offering provides ‘front desk to boardroom’ solutions to clients from executive search, permanent, contract and interim recruitment including project management and RPO and outplacement services.”

Founded in 1999, Fastnet – The Talent Group recently rebranded from Fastnet Recruitment to reflect the strategic focus of the firm and its consultancy and partnership approach.

With more than 20 employees in the Cork office, the new premises at Fitzwilliam House on Upper Pembroke Street will enhance the company’s ability to serve the pharma, biopharma, medical devices, agri-business and business services sectors nationally.
