GALLERY: eir Elevation networking event at HubSpot HQ

Colm Lyon was honoured at an eir Elevation evening networking event in HubSpot Silicon Docks HQ in Dublin last night.

The eir Elevation Awards celebrates the unique recognition, success and ingenuity of the fastest growing businesses across Ireland and the unique drivers behind them. Prior to entries closing this Thursday September 22nd at 5pm, Colm Lyon was honoured at an evening event as part of the eir Elevation Awards Programme in HubSpot Silicon Docks HQ last night.

Recognising the importance of building relationships for any company wanting to increase its revenue and continue its growth, this event strived to provide a unique opportunity for introduction and communication amongst industry professionals.

As such, Ian Hyland, CEO and publisher of event organisers Business & Finance Media Group and Eavann Murphy, CCO of title sponsors eir Business, gave short speeches detailing their involvement in the eir Elevation programme to date. An address from hosts at HubSpot was also delivered by Christian Kinnear, managing director EMEA.

As the eir Elevation recognises and rewards the progression and performance of Ireland’s fast-growing companies, the event recognised the accomplishments of Colm Lyon, who was recognised for his achievements in the fast company space. Lyon is the CEO and founder of Fire Financial Services. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Realex Payments up until the business was acquired in March 2015 for €115m.

Taking place on November 4th in The Marker Hotel, the eir Elevation Awards is a uniquely designed awards programme which seeks to celebrate Ireland’s fastest-growing companies.

Open to all companies 15 years old or younger across Ireland and Northern Ireland, the awards is an opportunity to reward the success and ingenuity of Irish and Northern Irish businesses. Last year’s winners included Voxpro, Revive Active Products, FoodCloud and Rye River Brewing Company.

Placing a spotlight on innovation, international scalability, differentiation and strategic investment, entrants are judged and awarded based on their achievements in these areas.

Entries close on Thursday September 22nd at 5pm. All entries can be submitted for free by downloading the entry form on the website here, filling it in and sending the completed entry to Maura Reidy (maura.reidy@businessandfinance.com)
