Irish recruitment and outsourcing firm, Cpl Resources, today announced the creation of 200 skilled, operational roles across the Group’s branch network over the next two years.

The new roles will be across the organisation in Dublin, the UK and Eastern Europe.

Richard Bruton TD, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, said: “Today’s announcement from Cpl that it is directly creating an extra 160 jobs in Ireland and a further 40 in overseas markets is a very welcome boost and further confirmation of the strong growth that’s happening.”

Celebrating 25 years in business this year, Cpl’s revenues rose to €393.6m this year and they have 550 staff across 36 offices in nine countries.

Cpl recruits across a wide variety of industries and functions including: technology, science, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, administration, customer support, retail, banking, construction, sales, HR, supply chain and hospitality.

Anne Heraty, CEO, Cpl Resources, commented: “We work with both Irish and international companies, many of which are expanding, both in Ireland and abroad. The workplace is changing. Companies are getting creative with their staffing solutions: work is no longer 9-5 in an office, but can be done anywhere; there’s an increase in contractors and freelancers, and there is a new openness to part-time and flexi-time hours for staff.”

“The Irish market is vibrant and this is a welcome development for the many skilled candidates who moved abroad during the downturn. Cpl is committed to bringing home 3,000 Irish workers from abroad in 2016. In coming weeks we will launch our Christmas ‘Bring them home’ campaign as we did last year. Our aim is to complement any governmental initiatives in this area,” she concluded.
