HubSpot has announced a commitment to hiring an additional 320 Dublin-based employees over the next three years at a new office space at One Dockland Central.

HubSpot – an inbound marketing and sales platform – established its first international office and EMEA headquarters in Dublin just over three years ago.

All 270 desks in the new space are electronic and can convert from sitting to standing at the push of a button. The office is equipped with varying conference rooms, collaboration spaces and nomad desks so that employees can choose the space they work best in.

The new employees will now have a dedicated IT help desk and an ever-popular IT-vending machine.

JD Sherman, president and COO, HubSpot: “I can’t think of a better way to celebrate HubSpot’s growth across EMEA than with a commitment to continued growth and the opening of a bigger, better office in Dublin where we can build on the fantastic work has already been achieved. HubSpot’s Dublin-based team has been core to so much of the success that we’ve seen as a company around the globe over the last three years and I am so excited for the successes that are yet to come.”

Martin Shanahan, CEO, IDA Ireland, commented: “We are incredibly pleased to see HubSpot increase its commitment to Ireland and its efforts to build a company with not only a strong corporate culture but with strong Dublin roots. In its few years in Dublin, HubSpot has created fantastic opportunities across all business functions and we’re excited about the opportunity that they will continue to bring to the city as they grow.”

The office will be led by HubSpot’s newly appointed managing director of EMEA, Christian Kinnear.

“HubSpot has just scratched the surface of what we can achieve in EMEA. We’re proud to be leading that charge from Dublin and excited about the outstanding opportunities we can provide employees across all functions,” said Kinnear. “It’s our mission to create remarkable experiences and results for our customers and with the right people, there will be no stopping what we can accomplish.”
