Q. What was your first job?

My earliest memory of working would be delivering newspapers at the weekend from about the age of 10, it required 4am starts, which have certainly stood to me in my line of business.

Q. What would you regard as your greatest achievement to date?

The continued uptake of the corporate wellness packages we provide to some of Ireland’s leading companies, including Blueface, Primark and McCann Fitzgerald, seeing the positive impact they are having with each individual employee.

Q. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

The best piece of advice I have ever been given is to remember that feelings are not facts; evaluate the facts first in your most important decisions.

Q. If you could step into the shoes of one businessperson for the day, who would it be and why?

To be honest I am very lucky to work with some of Ireland’s best business men and women on a daily basis and you certainly see inspiring traits among them all but to pick just one would be too hard.

Q. In three words or less, how do you define success?

Passion, pride and progress.

Q. How do you motivate yourself and your staff?

I truly believe it’s about getting the right people around you, the FitVision team all share the same beliefs and we all have a common goal.

This inspires me personally to push a little harder each day as I have great belief in both my team and myself.

Q. How do you relax?

Spending time with family and friends for me is the best way to relax.

Q. What’s your motto?

Be happy with what you have while working for what you want.

Q. What are your aspirations for the future of your business?

The aspirations for FitVision are to continue to genuinely make an impact in helping improve the mental and physical health of Ireland’s working professionals.

The best piece of advice I have ever been given is to remember that feelings are not facts; evaluate the facts first in your most important decisions
