Citrix opens newly upgraded facility after €6.7 million investment

With €6.7 million of investment, Citrix officially opens its newly upgraded facility at East Point Business Park, which will be the largest Citrix European centre within EMEA.

Citrix is also adding 30 new roles on top of the 150 roles previously announced in April 2017, which will come online with immediate effect. The Dublin facility has a potential future capacity of over 400 employees.

The company, which first came to Ireland in 1999, has developed close links with Irish universities and Institutes of Technology to support its growth and give young people the digital skills to propel their careers on the international stage. Its newly established Sales Academy will promote the development of junior sales talent, with the aim of preparing them for more senior roles with the company in the future.

Speaking at the announcement, Minister of Communications, Climate Action & Environment Richard Bruton TD said,

I am delighted to join Citrix in Eastpoint today to celebrate the opening of the company’s expanded Dublin office.  This is an important centre for Citrix and positions Dublin as a strategically important location from which the company can serve and grow its customer base.
