Launching a new series on FDI in Ireland, in association with IDA Ireland, Business & Finance spoke to Melíosa O’Caoimh, Country Head at Northern Trust Ireland.

Melíosa O’Caoimh, Country Head at Northern Trust Ireland, joined the financial services company as Chief Operating Officer in 2003, when it had just 80 employees. She now oversees a team of over 1,600 in Ireland managing almost €600bn in assets. Ms O’Caoimh believes that the opportunity and sophistication of the business in Ireland attracts top talent home from abroad.
