Hubspot signs 20-year lease for new building at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay
No. 1 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, which is currently in the final stages of construction, is located in Dublin Docklands and is due to open in early 2020. HubSpot will continue to occupy the 73,000 sq. ft. it currently leases at One and Two Dockland Central for the immediate future.
The new building will comprise 112,000 sq. ft. of offices and will allow HubSpot to accommodate up to 1,400 seats across its two locations. The new offices will feature top-class amenities that come as standard with all of HubSpot’s global locations, including convertible standing desks, video-equipped conference rooms and vast collaboration space.
