This week sees new appointments at IQ-EQ, Korn Ferry, and Esri


Jeff Kelly, Country Delivery Director for the Cayman Islands,
IQ-EQ

IQ-EQ is pleased to welcome Jeff Kelly as its new Country Delivery Director for the Cayman Islands.

In this leadership role, Kelly will be responsible for overseeing client service delivery within the Cayman office and will work closely with the rest of the local leadership team to drive forward IQ-EQ’s business strategy for the jurisdiction.

Kelly has more than 17 years of experience in the Cayman Islands financial services industry spanning both the public accounting and private sectors, with the last five years as an Executive Audit Director and Managing Partner for two international auditing firms. Jeff’s audit clients represented a broad range of structures including funds, private wealth vehicles and insurance entities. He has also gained significant experience over the years working directly with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority at its highest levels.

Kelly is a chartered accountant (CPA) with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) and a CFA Charterholder. He also previously held a Public Practitioners License with the CIIPA.

Commenting on his appointment, Kelly said: “I am delighted to be part of the IQ-EQ team and have the opportunity to play a key role in growing our business in the Cayman Islands. This is the ideal time to build on the work of the local team and really promote our service offering. Sandra Thorpe, Senior Client Partner,
Korn Ferry

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) has appointed Sandra Thorpe as its Senior Client Partner.

In her new role, Thorpe will join the EMEA Organisation Strategy team, working with global and local clients to create and implement organisational strategies to enable them to win sustainable share in their competitive environments, as they emerge from lockdown.

Previously, Thorpe held CHRO roles as Corporate Development Director for Cairn Homes, Group HR Director for Paddy Power plc, and various HR leadership roles in Citigroup London, New York and Microsoft Europe.

In such an unprecedented period of disruption as this, organisations large and small are needing to assess existing operating models and redefine the way they deliver.

She has deep experience working at board level and with executive teams in FTSE 100 and 250 companies developing their organisational strategy to deliver scale and sustainable outperformance in their markets.

She has led global HR teams to deliver organisational transformation and operated in a board advisory capacity; working across the technology, financial services, leasing and property sectors.

Ellen Scully, Digital Marketer,
Esri

Esri Ireland, the market leader in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), has appointed Ellen Scully as digital marketer. In this new role, Scully will be involved with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns at Esri Ireland.

Following her appointment, Scully will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities. These include running and optimising digital and social media content and advertising campaigns, producing and distributing the Esri Ireland customer newsletter, co-ordinating and promoting Esri Ireland events, and analysing and monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Scully will also be responsible for the promotion of the Esri Ireland ArcGIS for Schools programme – an initiative which makes the company’s digital mapping software freely available to every primary and secondary school student across the island of Ireland.

Prior to this appointment, Scully held the role of digital marketing executive with the Irish Institute of Digital Business, working on a wide range of client-projects with a focus on eCommerce, search engine optimisation, content marketing and digital advertising. She will bring a strong understanding of website design and content production skills to her new role, stemming from previous experience in multimedia positions.

Scully holds both an MSc. in Digital Marketing and a BSc. in Multimedia from Dublin City University.
