Pat Fitzgerald, CEO and founder, Morgan McKinley, said: “Recruiting and retaining talented professionals is the single biggest factor behind the growth that the business has seen recently. Our clients want to work with people with an ability to attract great talent as well and deliver a strong customer experience. Ensuring the very best teams are in place will allow us to put further distance between the quality of our recruitment offering and our competitors, and we’re seeing the growth that proves we’re delivering what our clients want and need to build for the future.”
