Data management solutions company Asystec today announced the creation of 50 new highly skilled jobs to be created over three years at its offices in Ballincollig, Co. Cork.
The new facility in Cork will provide Asystec customers and technology partners in the region with off-site workspace to enable strategic planning and innovation around data management strategies.
The new roles will be created in the fields of analytics and IT security and governance.
Speaking at the official opening, Minister for European Affairs and Data Protection, Dara Murphy TD, said: “I am delighted to announce the creation of 50 new highly skilled jobs in Cork today. Asystec is a fantastic example of an indigenous Irish company providing specialised and innovative data management solutions to a host of clients both nationally and internationally.”
Privately owned and funded, Asystec was founded by Les Byrne and Brendan McPhillips in 2011 and already boasts an impressive line-up of global brands and multinationals as clients.
