AdRoll, the world’s most widely adopted retargeting platform, launched new offices in Dublin today and announced plans to expand its European operations by doubling its office space and hiring 100 additional staff.

The additional staff will bring AdRoll’s Dublin headcount to 220 and will help support the company’s fast growth in the region. AdRoll currently has over 2,000 customers in more than 15 countries across Europe.

AdRoll established its EMEA headquarters in Dublin last October with plans to create 100 jobs in the first 12 months. In March this year AdRoll announced it was moving to new office and revising upward hiring plans to 120. Expansion in Europe is due to growth of over 270% which has far exceeded expectations since the region’s launch in 2013.

With 75 employees in place already in Dublin, the company is actively hiring across all functions including sales, account management, business development, finance and engineering to support customers in a number of languages throughout the EMEA region. AdRoll’s first phase of 100 hires is already ahead of schedule and will be in place by the end of 2014.

AdRoll, which closed a funding round of $70m in April 2014, will be doubling their Dublin office space to over 20,000 square-feet at Burlington Plaza.

“We are excited about the talent we have found in Ireland and the response we’ve had since entering the European market,” said Aaron Bell, AdRoll CEO. “In just a few years, retargeting has become as essential as search engine marketing for eve-ry digital marketer, and we see the EMEA region as an engine for growth in the years ahead.”

Speaking at this announcement, An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD said “I am delighted to be here for the opening of AdRoll’s new Dublin offices and the announcement of 100 jobs.  It is another sign that the Government’s plan for jobs and investment is working.  It is a vote of confidence in Ireland to see AdRoll’s customer base expand so dramatically after locating its EMEA HQ in Dublin.  Attracting innovative, international companies to invest here and create jobs is a fundamental part of our plan for Ireland’s economic recovery and the path to full employment by 2020.”

“We are delighted to open our new office today and announce our plans to expand our workforce. We have outgrown two offices already, and we believe our new space will see us through to fulfilling our ambitions to have a large, high performing multilingual team in Ireland to service our clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa,” said Marius Smyth, AdRoll’s managing director of EMEA.

Welcoming the announcement Barry O’Leary, CEO, IDA Ireland said: “Today’s expansion by AdRoll in Dublin adds to Ireland’s reputation as the premier location for fast growing innovative companies. Dublin is a recognised European hub of international tech and multilingual talent which continues to attract emerging, high growth companies like AdRoll, who aspire to become the MNC’s of the future.  I would like to offer AdRoll the continued support of IDA Ireland as they continue to grow and expand.”
