Boots Ireland is further strengthening its investment in the country as it announces three new store openings and one store relocation in April and May 2014.

The new stores will open in Carrigaline, Cork and in Glenageary and Blackrock, in Dublin.  In addition, Boots Ireland will relocate its store in the Ilac Shopping Centre, Dublin, to a larger unit within the shopping centre in order to increase the offering to its customers in this location.  A total of 26 new jobs will be created including pharmacists, customer assistants and beauty advisors.

The expansion reflects Boots commitment to invest in Ireland.  Pharmacy-led care lies at the heart of the Boots Ireland offering and being easily accessible within local communities ensures that it can provide exceptional customer and patient care, offering innovative products and services.

Richard Bradley, managing director, Boots Ireland said: “We are delighted to be able to announce further expansion in the country which illustrates our continued investment in the pharmacy and retail sectors in Ireland. In addition to the creation of 26 new jobs, we will now be able to offer even greater accessibility to people living in these communities for all their health, beauty and wellbeing needs.”
