Business & Finance, in association with title sponsors Irish Life Health, will soon publish the Fintech Ireland digital index in which 50 of the country’s most innovative fintech companies will be featured.

Ireland has in recent years solidified its position as a global hub for financial technology and is currently home to some of the most prominent names in fintech, both indigenous and international.

Along with housing countless start-ups, incubation centres and support organisations, the fintech ecosystem is undoubtedly thriving throughout the country.

Each of the 50 featured companies along with partners and industry leaders will be invited to the Fintech Ireland launch for a night of celebration and discussion among peers. The Fintech Ireland launch will be hosted by Fintech Ireland Founder and Transfermate non-executive director, Peter Oakes.

Peter will also moderate a panel discussion between some of Ireland’s most reputable fintech leaders, including: Anthony Rafferty, director of EMEA Merchant Operations, Paypal; Charles Dowd, CEO of Plynk; Nikki Evans, founder and MD of Perfect Card; Geraldine Gibson, CEO of AQ Metrics; and Joao Reginatto, director of Operations Europe at Circle.

The Fintech Ireland Index will be published on businessandfinance.com on Thursday, June 8th in advance of the launch event which will be held at 6pm in the National College of Ireland, Dublin.
