Former eir marketing director Henry Dummer appointed Bank of Ireland CMO

Henry Dummer has been officially unveiled as Bank of Ireland’s new Chief Marketing Officer.

Experience

Dummer recently held the role of Group Marketing Director for Consumer and Business at eir. He was a key element in the delivery of the company’s rebrand.

Prior to this, his past roles included Marketing Director at Tesco Ireland and Customer Marketing Director at Diageo Ireland.

He moved to Ireland in 2006 and before this held consumer marketing roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Mars UK.

On 1 June 2018, Dummer will assume his new role as CMO at Bank of Ireland (BOI).

His numerous roles have incorporated sustained growth and redevelopment wherever he has gone.
