Hillbilly’s Family Restaurants opens this week in Eyre Square, Galway with the creation of 40 new jobs.

As a new entry into the fast casual dining market in Galway, Hillbilly’s Family Restaurants will be launching their new brand with new product offering which we hope will surprise our customers. Galway will be the first official store to demonstrate this new branding nationally with all other existing locations following.

Commenting on the announcement Michael Grace, founder of Hillbilly’s Family Restaurants said: “The opening of our restaurant on Eyre Square is a good news story for Galway city with the creation of 40 new jobs. The investment in Galway is considerable as we endeavor to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This new location will also offer a new product range and brand identity which we have developed and invested considerably in over the last 12 months.”

Eamon Keogh, Hillbilly’s Eyre Square manager, added: ” We saw Hillbilly’s Family Restaurants as an opportunity in Galway. Having listened to their customers and sampled both existing and new product ranges, we committed to opening a 80+ seating restaurant in Galway city. The response so far before we even open has been enthusiastic and we are looking forward to establishing this restaurant as a landmark location in Eyre Square offering the highest quality of product and service.”

Hillbilly’s Family Restaurants, an Irish company founded in Cork 17 years ago, famous for its secret recipe fried chicken will open three new stores in Ireland in the first half of 2014, located in Galway, Cork and Dublin creating 80 new additional part-time and fulltime jobs.
