KPMG completes Dublin HQ deal with Hibernia REIT

KPMG, Ireland’s leading professional services firm is delighted to confirm that it has concluded negotiations and exchanged contracts with its preferred bidder, Hibernia REIT plc, for the development of its brand new state-of-the-art Irish headquarters at Harcourt Square in Dublin.

This development will see KPMG bring together its growing Dublin based employees under one roof at its new headquarters. KPMG which currently employs more than 3,800 people with plans to grow to 4000+ in 2022 will move to the 288,500 sq. ft. development in 2026. This development will provide a blank canvas to cater for the evolving needs of tomorrow’s workforce and to engage in new and innovative ways with clients by leveraging the latest in technology and innovation.

Commenting on the agreement, KPMG Managing Partner, Seamus Hand, said, “Our agreement with Hibernia REIT plc is a major milestone in our continuing growth and success and is one of the most exciting steps in our firm’s history.
