Moore Stephens targets digital media and marketing space with new appointment

Business advisory and accountancy firm Moore Stephens has announced that Damian Ryan has joined as a partner in its Corporate Finance team.

Ryan has over ten years of experience in corporate finance in the digital media space. His most recent roles include head of Corporate Finance at boutique Mediaventura and head of Digital at Results International Group, a London-based specialist M&A and fundraising advisor.

His M&A advisory work includes acting for leading and high-profile players in the digital media space such as Google, WPP and Omnicom.

Damian was also responsible for the recent merger of Content Amp and Adyoulike, the combined business now listed as ‘one to watch’ by Forbes magazine.
