Avalution Consulting

Avalution Consulting has appointed Elaine Tomlin as Managing Consultant. She will lead the EMEA HQ in Dublin.

Over the past 13 years, Elaine has consulted with a variety of organisations spanning a range of industries, including analysis and creation of strategy-connected resilience solutions. Elaine also assists organisations with validation and maintenance of their business continuity management (BCM) and recovery programmes.

She is currently the Chair of the Risk and Governance Committee for the Business Continuity Institute (BCI); she served on the Board of Directors of the BCI from 2015 to 2017 and she also represented Europe on the BCI, Global Membership Council (GMC).

Elaine is a BCM Lead Auditor ISO 22301 and studied Business Continuity Management at Coventry University.

Acrolinx today announced the addition of three new executives: Christopher P. Willis joins the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Robert Bredlau as VP Global Alliances and Andrew Martin as VP EMEA Sales.

Christopher Willis joins Acrolinx from Perfecto, where he led the organisation to continued three-digit revenue growth. Prior to this, Christopher held leadership roles in marketing, sales and technology at Verivo, which was formerly known as Pyxis Mobile; ModelGolf; and KPMG-CT.

The Vice-President of Global Channels & Alliances, Robert Bredlau, will enhance partner strategy and the expansion of the global partner ecosystem. Before joining Acrolinx, he developed the partner strategy of Day Software, which was acquired by Adobe, and led the international revitalisation of e-Spirit across the EU and US.

The Vice-President of EMEA Sales, Andrew Martin, will drive business growth with the EU’s biggest brands. Before joining Acrolinx, he worked in growing the digital engagement business at Oracle. He’s worked at a number of content management system (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) vendors, most notably as the Vice-President of Sales in Northern Europe where he built the Fatwire business that delivered an online presence to Europe’s largest brands.
