eircom Group has announced the appointment of William Archer as managing director of eircom Business.
Bill Archer joins eircom with over twenty five years of telecommunications experience working at senior levels within AT&T. He takes up his role at the end of February.
Most recently, he held the roles of president Advanced Solutions and executive vice president Strategy and Transformation where he was charged with developing the five year growth strategy for the business segment. He has served as AT&T’s chief marketing officer; senior vice president product management; president of Europe, Middle East and Africa; and vice president, Enterprise Markets as well as a number of other senior roles within the business.
Ronan Kneafsey, current managing director of eircom Business has decided to leave eircom at the end of February.
