Lisa Kinsella, Partner 

Crowe

A Chartered Accountant of 12 years standing, Lisa Kinsella joined Crowe in 2012 bringing a combination of ‘Big 4’ and smaller practice experience. Following completion of her Chartered Accountancy articles, Lisa qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor where she was placed second in Ireland in her final examinations. Lisa oversees a comprehensive portfolio of both corporate and personal tax clients operating across a variety of sectors, such as hotel, tourism and leisure, retail, engineering and software as well as the not-for-profit sector. Corporately, in her work to date, Lisa has particular expertise in providing advice on optimum structures for share-based remuneration, company restructuring and providing guidance to FDI clients establishing operations within Ireland. From a personal tax perspective, her expertise is called upon in advising high-net-worth clients on inheritance and tax planning issues.

Ian Devlin, Partner and Head of Pensions 

William Fry

Ian Devlin joins William Fry from Eversheds Sutherland where he worked for over 18 years.  Ian advises employers and pension scheme trustees on all areas of pension law and has extensive experience in advising on issues related to pension scheme funding, investment and restructuring.

Ian is a former Chairman of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland and is currently a member of the DC Sub-Committee of the Irish Association of Pension Funds.

Alison D’Arcy, Tax Director

Alison D’Arcy joins Crowe from RBK Accountants and Business Advisors bringing 17 years’ experience working across all areas of taxation. A Fellow of ACCA and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), Alison specialises in family business taxation issues, estate and succession planning and tax efficient reward structuring.

Dawn O’Dwyer, Finance Director 

Envisage

Envisage Cloud, a Sage systems integrator and software developer, announced the appointment of Dawn O’Dwyer to the position of Finance Director. Dawn is also serving as an executive board member.

In her role as Finance Director, Dawn is responsible for contributing to the growth of Envisage Cloud and ensuring the financial health of the company through day-to-day financial management and strategic planning. She is also involved in the operational side of the business and is responsible for carrying out due diligence in the event of any potential investments or mergers.

Before joining the Envisage Cloud management team, Dawn provided financial and accounting advice to the company on an outsourced basis. Back in 2008, Dawn had established her own consulting business, providing a full range of services to companies in the SME sector, advising on all aspects of finance and providing key financial insights for management teams. It was during this time that Dawn first began working with the current directors.

Previously Dawn worked for IBM in Ireland for nine years, holding a number of key management positions including Accounting Operations Manager, Campus Accounting Manager and also manager within the Server Materials area.

Prior to joining IBM, Dawn worked in the Jefferson Smurfit Group for six years, holding several roles including Financial Accounting Manager of Smurfit Finance & Leasing. During her time with the group, she was also part of a strategic IT project team which had responsibility for rolling out a new reporting system to subsidiaries worldwide.

Dawn will bring her extensive experience in the IT and SME sectors to the Envisage Cloud team.

Dawn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
