The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force on the 25th May 2018. However, its reach extends across borders, affecting any company that holds data on EU citzens. Simon Loughran, Head of Information Security Services at Certification Europe, explains.

Simon is an experienced ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and an Information Security Professional with 20 years of experience.
