Move faster with Agile and Lean principles for business

Agile Lean Ireland expands internationally with a new conference in Frankfurt this November.

Success in business today centres upon a company’s ability to create value, for its customers and to increase productivity and competitiveness. Companies large and small and across all sectors of endeavour need to find ways to deliver faster products and services to customers, with greater quality and predictability, while providing the structure to actively encourage a positive organisational culture.

This is a big task, and it cannot be achieved through using traditional complex corporate product and project management structures. Hence, companies around the world are implementing the more efficient lightweight processes used by fast-responding, fast-moving and high-growth companies, commonly known as Agile and Lean principles. These principles that are being utilised successfully by companies to move faster and create better quality products and services.

In Ireland, Agile-Lean Ireland (ALI) and has been at the forefront of spreading Agile and Lean learnings and experience over the past four years.
