Ornua

Ornua is an Irish dairy cooperative and one of the country’s largest dairy exporters, headquartered in Dublin. The organisation markets Irish dairy products internationally and operates in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Pfizer

Pfizer maintains a global manufacturing and supply network supporting its pharmaceutical and vaccine production, alongside a broad research and development pipeline spanning multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, infectious diseases and rare diseases.


Phelan Energy

Phelan Energy Group is a renewable energy development company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with additional offices in South Africa and India. The company initially focused on utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, establishing an early presence in South Africa’s renewable energy sector.

The company has expanded its activities beyond solar development into broader clean energy and low-carbon fuel opportunities, including early-stage work in green hydrogen and synthetic fuels.

Portwest

Portwest is a global manufacturer of workwear, protective clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE). Headquartered in Westport, Ireland, the company is family-owned and managed by the Hughes family.

Portwest supplies safety apparel and equipment to distributors and customers in markets worldwide, with a product range covering flame-resistant clothing, high-visibility garments, and protective gear for industrial and specialist applications. The company operates an integrated supply chain with owned manufacturing facilities and international distribution centres supporting its global operations.


Primark

Primark is an international clothing retailer founded in Dublin, Ireland, in 1969 under the Penneys brand. The company operates stores across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, and remains one of the largest value fashion retailers globally.

Primark trades as Penneys in Ireland, where it continues to operate a significant store network. The business runs a large international retail estate supported by a global supply chain and employs tens of thousands of staff worldwide.


Ryanair

Ryanair Holdings plc is an Irish airline group and one of Europe’s largest low-cost carriers, operating an extensive network of short-haul routes across the continent. The group runs a high-frequency point-to-point model serving hundreds of airports across Europe.

Ryanair operates through a number of airline subsidiaries, including Buzz, based in Warsaw, and Lauda Europe, which operates Airbus A320 aircraft to support the group’s wider network. Sisk

Sisk is an international construction and civil engineering company headquartered in Ireland, with more than 165 years of experience delivering projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

The company provides construction, engineering and infrastructure services across sectors, including data centres, life sciences, transport, commercial property and renewable energy.

Supported by a large international workforce and strengthened through acquisitions, including Farrans Construction, Sisk combines long-standing engineering expertise with digital construction technologies and sustainable building practices to deliver complex infrastructure and building projects.


SMBC Aviation Capital

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, SMBC Aviation Capital is one of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies. Backed by its Japanese shareholders, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Corporation, the company manages a global aircraft leasing platform serving airlines across multiple international markets.

Its portfolio is focused on modern, fuel-efficient aircraft, supporting airline fleet renewal and operational efficiency. Through continued investment and strategic acquisitions, including Sumisho Air Lease Corporation, SMBC Aviation Capital has strengthened its position as a leading provider of aircraft leasing and aviation finance solutions.


Smurfit Westrock

Smurfit Westrock plc is a global paper-based packaging company formed through the combination of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock.

Headquartered in Dublin, the company operates an extensive manufacturing and packaging network spanning dozens of countries. Employing a global workforce, Smurfit Westrock develops paper-based packaging solutions for customers across the consumer, retail and industrial sectors.

Smyths Toys

Smyths Toys is a family-owned multinational toy retailer headquartered in Galway, Ireland. Founded in 1986 by the Smyth brothers, the company has grown from a single store in County Mayo into one of Europe’s largest specialist toy retailers, operating more than 300 stores across seven countries.

The business has expanded through acquisitions, including the Toys “R” Us operations in Central Europe and PicWicToys in France, which have since been integrated under the Smyths Toys brand. SoftCo

SoftCo is an international financial technology company specialising in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay software.

Founded in Dublin more than 35 years ago, the company provides cloud-based financial process automation solutions used by more than one million business users worldwide.

Backed by Keensight Capital, SoftCo integrates with major ERP platforms and is both an AWS Advanced Technology Partner and a Peppol-certified provider, supporting organisations with invoice automation, procurement workflows, and regulatory compliance.


SSE Airtricity

SSE Renewables is one of the leading developers and operators of renewable energy assets, with more than 20 years’ experience delivering clean energy projects across the UK and Ireland.

The company operates an extensive portfolio of onshore and offshore wind farms, including 31 onshore wind farms across the island of Ireland. As part of its expanding offshore wind portfolio, SSE Renewables is developing the 3.6 GW Dogger Bank Wind Farm, the world’s largest offshore wind farm, with its first phase now exporting electricity to the grid.

Alongside major investments in renewable infrastructure, the company is progressing projects such as the up to 800 MW Arklow Bank Wind Park Phase 2, supporting the transition to a low-carbon energy system.

Its retail subsidiary, Life Style Sports, is Ireland’s largest independent sports retailer, with reported annual revenue of more than €104 million and a network of stores across Ireland and the UK. Supermac’s

Supermac’s is one of Ireland’s largest indigenous quick-service restaurant operators, with more than 115 locations across the country. Founded in 1978 by Pat McDonagh, the family-owned business has expanded into a diversified hospitality group with reported annual revenues of approximately €294 million.

In addition to its core restaurant chain, the company operates the SuperSubs brand and The Plaza Group, which manages motorway service areas throughout Ireland. Supermac’s also gained international attention through its successful challenge to elements of McDonald’s’ “Big Mac” EU trademark, a case that influenced European trademark law.


Sysco Ireland

Sysco Ireland is one of Ireland’s largest foodservice distributors, supplying more than 10,000 customer locations each week. The company operates a nationwide distribution network across multiple sites, including major facilities in Dublin, Limerick and Belfast, and offers a portfolio of more than 10,000 food, beverage and catering products.

Through businesses including Classic Drinks and Ready Chef, Sysco Ireland provides foodservice solutions to restaurants, hotels, healthcare providers, education and other hospitality customers. The company continues to invest in distribution infrastructure and sustainability initiatives to support efficient nationwide delivery.


The Heatons Group

Founded in 1946, Heatons was an Irish department store chain that expanded across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, offering value fashion, homeware and sporting goods.

Following its acquisition by the business now known as Frasers Group, the retailer underwent a significant transformation, with many Heatons and SportsWorld stores rebranded as Sports Direct as part of the group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Irish market.


TransferMate

TransferMate is a B2B fintech company providing global cross-border payments infrastructure. Part of CluneTech, the company has built an extensive international regulatory network, holding payment licences across Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region.

Its platform integrates with banks, enterprise software, payroll systems and other business applications through APIs, enabling organisations to automate and streamline international payments. Through its regulated global payments network and technology platform, TransferMate supports businesses in managing cross-border transactions more efficiently.


UDG Healthcare

Originally founded in Ireland in 1948 as United Drug, UDG Healthcare plc evolved from a pharmaceutical distribution business into an international provider of healthcare services spanning commercialisation, clinical support, and pharmaceutical packaging.

In August 2021, the company was acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in a £2.8 billion take-private transaction. Following the acquisition, UDG Healthcare’s operations were reorganised around its principal businesses.

Its Ashfield division was combined with Huntsworth to create Inizio, while its pharmaceutical packaging business, Sharp, continued as an independent contract packaging and manufacturing services provider.


Uniphar

Uniphar plc is an international healthcare services and logistics group headquartered in Dublin. The company operates through three divisions, Pharma, Medtech and Supply Chain & Retail, and reported annual revenue of approximately €3.07 billion and EBITDA of €130.9 million in its latest financial results.

Employing more than 3,500 people, Uniphar provides pharmaceutical distribution, outsourced commercial services and healthcare solutions across Ireland, Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.

The company’s recent growth has been supported by strategic acquisitions, including TouchStore and BMclinical, alongside continued investment in automated distribution infrastructure.


Valeo Foods

Valeo Foods Group is a Dublin-based pan-European consumer foods company with a portfolio of more than 80 brands spanning confectionery, snacks, sweet treats and other food categories.

Backed by Bain Capital, the company has expanded through the acquisition of established regional brands across Europe, building annual revenues approaching €2 billion.

Its growth strategy focuses on acquiring well-established local brands and supporting them through the group’s manufacturing, distribution and commercial capabilities.


Version 1

Version 1 is an international digital transformation and AI consultancy providing cloud, data, software engineering and managed services to enterprise and public sector organisations.

Founded in Dublin, the company employs more than 4,000 people across operations in Ireland, the UK, Europe, India, and North America. Through investments in AI capabilities, including the acquisition of CreateFuture and the launch of its Dublin AI Studio, Version 1 has expanded its AI-first consulting and delivery services.

Since its founding, Wayflyer has grown into a global fintech company, expanding its international team, raising significant venture funding and building partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem. The company provides revenue-based financing and analytics solutions that help online businesses access working capital and support growth.

Serving customers across multiple international markets, with offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Sydney, Wayflyer continues to expand its global presence while developing technology designed to support data-driven funding decisions for e-commerce merchants.
