Amy Hughes, Sales Manager
Envisage Cloud
Envisage Cloud, Ireland’s largest Sage Partner, systems integrator, and software developer, has announced that it has appointed Amy Hughes as Sales Manager. Hughes brings extensive account management experience to her new role.
As Sales Manager, Hughes will be involved in driving profitable growth and positive business outcomes for the company’s client base in Ireland through the delivery of growth-oriented technology solutions. Hughes will lead the Envisage Cloud sales teams to ensure all clients’ needs are being met.
Before joining Envisage Cloud, Hughes spent three years with Sage Ireland, where she held the position of Account Manager. Here, she worked within the business partner division of the company where she managed Sage’s Irish partner community.
Prior to her time with Sage Ireland, Hughes spent nine years with EBS, where she held the position of Assistant Branch Manager. In her role, Hughes oversaw a variety of operations including staff recruitment, coaching and budget planning.
Hughes brings highly specific market knowledge and experience to her new role. She has a proven track record in identifying operational challenges for businesses of every size, and delivering solutions to streamline and manage their businesses more effectively.
Tamás Márk, Head of Real Estate
IQ-EQ Luxembourg
Leading global investor services group IQ-EQ is expanding its Luxembourg senior team with the appointment of client director, Tamás Márk as its new Head of Real Estate. This announcement follows the recent appointment of Bram Eijsbouts as IQ-EQ Luxembourg’s new Head of Business Development.
Márk brings to the role more than 15 years’ experience in the corporate services and tax industry during which he has developed a keen understanding and successful track record in managing complex real estate structures across a multitude of property sectors. His strong understanding of the European real estate market and key global client relationship management expertise make him an important addition to the growing IQ-EQ Luxembourg team.
Prior to joining IQ-EQ he held a number of strategic senior leadership roles including most recently as Director of Real Estate and Business Unit Director, Real Estate Solutions with a Luxembourg-based investor services group. His experience also includes a three-year period as a Senior Manager for Corporate & Tax Services with a niche Luxembourg based law firm as well as senior tax advisory roles with two of the Big 4 accountancy practices.
Márk is a chartered accountant, certified tax advisor and is MRICS qualified. He is also an active member of numerous Luxembourg based industry working groups.

Paulo Canoa, Country Manager
Gi Group UK & Ireland
Gi Group UK & Ireland has appointed Paulo Canoa as Country Manager.
Canoa will head up UK & Ireland operations with immediate effect having previously been Country Manager of Gi Group Brazil since 2015.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, he has held a series of CFO and CEO roles in South America. He has also served as President of the International Executive’s Committee in Brazil, and has sat on the board of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Sao Paulo.
Recently named one of the 25 most influential people in Latin America by Staffing Industry Analysts, and one of the top 5 executives in Brazil by Top of Mind, Paulo developed his executive career in his native Portugal, and then Brazil, where he oversaw operations in eight countries in Latin America.
With an MBA and degree in management and further leadership qualifications from IMD (Lausanne), Bocconi (Milan), and Columbia (NYC), Paulo is an experienced lecturer and speaker on Leadership and HR. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, he was also formerly a professional basketball player.

Former Gi Group UK & Ireland CEO Bev White is moving on after three years leading the business to pursue new challenges outside of the group.
