The Diversity Inclusion Tech Awards (DITA) celebrate Ireland’s most innovative companies and promote inclusive workplaces. DITA returns on 17 September 2026.

The Diversity Inclusion Tech Awards

Europe’s premier platform celebrating the champions driving equity, accessibility, and belonging across the technology sector returns for a new awards ceremony on 17 September 2026 at The Gibson Hotel.

Innovation thrives when different experiences, ideas and perspectives have a place at the table. Our annual awards shine a light on the organisations, leaders and changemakers working to create a more inclusive digital technology sector.

From grassroots initiatives to global businesses, we recognise those taking meaningful action to open doors for underrepresented talent, challenge longstanding barriers and help shape a more diverse and equitable future for technology.
