Eoin Goulding, CEO, Integrity360
The announcement sees Integrity360 acquire the UK IT security company Metadigm for an undisclosed fee.
This will further launch Integrity360, founded in 2005, into the UK IT security market and provide greater knowledge and experience for customers. It already works in the UK through offices in London and Birmingham and reported year-on-year growth of 53% in 2016, with an annual turnover increase from €24.5 million to €37.5 million.
Integrity360 already employs 175 people at its Sandyford, Dublin HQ. The company is looking to fill 150 new jobs by the end of next year.
Metadigm is one of the first cybersecurity firms in the UK and has been in operation for over two decades.
Eoin Goulding, CEO, Integrity360, said: “It’s fantastic to be integrating Metadigm’s expertise into our overall business, reinforcing our growth strategy and introducing a further skill set to our clients in Ireland. I am delighted to announce the acquisition.
“Metadigm has a strong reputation in the UK and we look forward to welcoming them to our team. The people and skill sets at Integrity360 are fundamental to the cybersecurity services that we deliver internationally.”
There was an increased demand for Integrity360’s Managed Security Services (MSS) in Ireland and internationally, which formulated its success. The organisation has also added Padraig Carley as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and promoted Eric Barkman to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on its senior leadership team.
