A recent photocall brought together key contributors and leading Irish business figures in anticipation of this year’s Business & Finance Awards.

John Jordan, CEO, Ornua, who won the prestigious Company of the Year Award at last year’s ceremony, joined Frances Ruane, Chairperson of the judging panel, Ian Hyland, President & CEO, Business & Finance, and Seamus Hand, Managing Partner, KPMG Ireland for a photocall event.

“Over five decades Business & Finance has championed entrepreneurs, business leaders and their leadership teams in addition to some of the most outstanding international, political and social catalysts of our time,” said Ian Hyland.

“I believe it is vital that we recognise and celebrate the achievements of the business community in both a domestic and global context. In so doing it is with great expectation that we launch the 49th annual Business & Finance Awards Programme with our partners KPMG.”

Seamus Hand also commented on the significance of the awards:

“The Business & Finance awards recognise truly amazing achievements in our business community which is testament to both the excellence of past winners and the importance attached to celebrating these achievements.”

“We are really proud of our association with these awards and we wish all the participants the very best as we begin the countdown to this year’s search for Ireland’s best companies and their leaders.”
