In her new role, Orlagh will be responsible for delivering innovative health and benefits solutions to clients and their employees across the country.

Shona O’Hea, Head of Assets Management, Conor O’Dwyer, Head of Government and Public Sector
Grant Thornton
Grant Thornton has announced the appointment of Shona O’Hea, and Conor O’Dwyer as Head of Assets Management, and Head of Government and Public Sector, respectively.
With 19 years of consulting experience at top global professional services firms, Conor has supported public sector leaders in developing solutions that are impactful, sustainable, and focused on citizens’ needs.
He holds a Professional Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation from Smurfit Business School, a certification in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption from INSEAD, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University.
Clare Cashin, Partner
A&L Goodbody
A&L Goodbody has announced the appointment of a new partner, Clare Cashin.
Clare brings over two decades of experience in construction law, with a strong focus on dispute resolution across both public and private sector projects. She has extensive expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, conciliation, adjudication, and arbitration. In addition to her dispute work, Clare advises on construction contracts and regulatory matters, particularly health and safety, and has significant experience handling procurement challenges. She is set to join A&L Goodbody’s Construction & Engineering practice later this summer.
