This week sees new and notable appointments at Azets Ireland, Lisney, and Interpath.

Greg Hogan, Head of Corporate Finance
Azets Ireland
Azets Ireland has appointed Greg Hogan as Head of Corporate Finance.
Hogan brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, corporate development and private equity. His deal experience spans technology, media and telecoms, life sciences, healthcare, construction and business services.
Under Hogan, the corporate finance team will focus on growth across M&A advisory, transaction services, and debt and equity capital raising.
Azets already offers a full suite of buy-side and sell-side M&A, due diligence, valuations, PMI and debt advisory. The team was named Due Diligence Team of the Year at the Irish Investor Awards 2025.
Hogan has built his track record advising entrepreneurs, management teams and family-owned businesses on funding, growth and exit strategies across Ireland’s leading professional services firms and private equity houses.
The appointment follows the recent arrival of Craig Bale as Partner for Transaction Services.

Michael Murray, Consultant
Lisney
He joins with more than 35 years in senior roles across financial institutions in Dublin and London. Most recently, he was Head of Property Finance, Corporate and Commercial Banking at Bank of Ireland Group, where he ran one of Ireland’s largest property finance businesses.
Murray left Bank of Ireland at the end of 2025. He has since launched Yarrum Consulting, an independent advisory firm serving clients across banking, private equity, property and professional services.
His expertise covers real estate finance, credit, investment and development lending.

Kirstie O’Flanagan, Managing Director
Interpath
O’Flanagan heads Transaction Services for Interpath in Ireland. She joined in September 2025 from Deloitte to build out the firm’s deals advisory proposition. With over 15 years of experience, she leads buy and sell-side due diligence across private equity and corporate transactions, covering both domestic and international mandates.
Three further promotions were announced in Ireland. Ailbhe O’Dwyer and Lindsay Fitton both advance to Director within the Restructuring practice. O’Dwyer has led engagements across multiple sectors, including the receivership of Fastway, while Fitton specialises in financial services. Simon Clarke also becomes Director, leading Interpath’s Irish Valuation Services team across M&A, restructuring, financial reporting, tax and litigation.
Interpath’s Irish Advisory practice now counts seven Managing Directors: O’Flanagan, John Doddy, Andy Tallon, Conor McCarthy, Megan Smythe, Liam Booth and Paul Hough.
The global promotion round includes nine new Managing Directors, 21 Directors and 59 step changes within the Associate cohort.
