Nominations now open for Diversity in Tech Awards in partnership with JP Morgan

The 2023 Diversity in Tech Awards (DITA) will take place on September 27th at the RDS Concert Hall, Dublin. Nominations for the awards are now open.


This is the 6th edition of the awards ceremony which acknowledges and champions diversity across the Irish tech industry landscape. You can submit nominations for this year’s awards here.

Organised by Dublin Tech Summit, the awards aim to highlight the achievements of companies and individuals that promote different backgrounds and genders across Ireland’s booming technology industry.

DITA returned for an in-person event in 2022 after three years of virtual ceremonies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The awards celebrated some of Ireland’s most influential leaders in the technology industry.

Partners for DITA 2023 include JP Morgan, Oracle, FTI Consulting and Fiserv.

History of the awards

Originally known as the Women in Tech awards, DITA recognises diversity in all forms, with seven categories for diversity, eight for women and two special recognition awards. Categories include Diverse Company of the Year, LGBTQ+, Disability and Cultural Inclusion, Rising Star and Mentorship awards.

Since its inception, the awards ceremony has been hugely significant in showcasing female role models within the industry and encouraging young women to choose careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
