The panellists for the CIO 100 Index thought leadership discussion have been announced. The launch event for the Business & Finance CIO 100 Index, in association with Equinix, will coincide with the beginning of Dublin Tech Summit.

The CIO 100 launch event will take place at 8am on Wednesday, May 31st at the Minerva Suite in the RDS Dublin. You can now register for the event which will feature insights from some of Ireland’s top Digital Leaders.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘Future-proofing strategies for CIOs’. Peter Lantry, Managing Director, Equinix Ireland will open the event moderated by Joan Mulvihill, Digitalisation & Sustainability Lead, Siemens.

Peter Lantry commented on the significance of the event:

“The past year has seen significant changes to the economic landscape, so it is fitting that this year’s CIO 100 theme is centred around futureproofing strategies. Technology is fascinating in its malleability; consistently providing innovative solutions to real-world problems. CIOs must ensure that they – and their organisations – are as agile as today’s technologies are. Only then will they be able to navigate the unknown road ahead, all while driving transformation and prioritising security and sustainability.

“This year’s CIO 100 highlights the breadth of talent that we have operating on these shores, and we at Equinix are proud to support these brilliant leaders as they enrich our digital economy and pave the way towards our sustainable future.”

The panel comprises Ashling Cunningham, Chief Information Officer, Uisce Éireann; Noelle Watts, Chief Information Technology Officer, Ornua and Eoin Fleming, Chief information officer, Carne Group.
