The annual CIO 100 Index 2025, in association with Project Foundry, showcases the top tech talent across the country. This year’s Index will be launched at a morning event on Day 2 of Dublin Tech Summit.

Panellists for the launch event will explore the theme, ‘Innovation in Action: The CIO Power Shift’ which includes the changing CIO role and delivering measurable business value from AI, bridging the gap between strategy and execution and rethinking IT skills for the future.
Declan Ryan, CEO of Project Foundry will open the panel discussion which will be moderated by Joan Mulvihill, Digitalisation and Creativity Evangelist at Siemens.
