In recent years, employee wellbeing has continued to rise further up the agenda for employers. Public awareness of the importance of good workplace mental health and wellbeing is also growing. “We celebrate the work our partners Ibec are doing to place employee wellbeing at the top of a company’s priority list and Ibec’s Leading in Wellbeing 100 Index recognises the companies who are successfully doing that. Businesses know that the wellness of the entire team plays a core part of a business strategy to cultivate a healthy and rewarding working environment which is crucial for business and employee development”, said Ian Hyland, Publisher, Business & Finance.
