Paul Bailey, Head of Global Marketing & Communications,
IDA Ireland

Paul Bailey has acted as Head of Global Marketing & Communications with IDA Ireland since February 2023, where he leads the marketing and press and PR teams. During the past 12 months he has overseen the development, launch and implementation of the IDA Ireland rebrand led by the marketing team. Prior to joining IDA Ireland, Paul was Head of Communications for the Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU) where he had responsibility for the marketing and PR functions. Paul drove the development and roll out of the Gold Effie award winning ILCU national advertising campaign “Monster Loans” in 2018 across TV, radio, and digital. He also led the re-development of ILCU website and oversaw several ILCU social media campaigns, paid and organic. Paul has held senior comms roles across the HSE and Department of Health acting as spokesperson and providing media training to senior executives. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and serves on two voluntary boards.


Louise Bannon, Executive Director — Head of Marketing,
DAA

Louise Bannon is Head of Marketing at Dublin Airport. She has overall responsibility for consumer and B2B/Partner marketing programmes, as well as an extensive customer research and planning function. She has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and product management/development roles, focused on driving customer-led strategy development and implementation in complex customer service environments. She joined daa in 2006, having previously held senior management roles in two of Ireland’s key utilities; eircom and ESB. A former president of the Association of Advertisers in Ireland, Louise remains on the Council and is also a Non-Executive Director of the Irish Exporters Association. A member of the ACI EUROPE Facilitation and Customer Services Committee since 2014, Louise holds the position of Vice Chair. Louise lives with her family in Dublin and is a first-class honours graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Dublin Institute of Technology. She also holds an MBS from Dublin City University.


Jo Batty, Sales & Marketing Director,
Keelings

Jo Batty is Sales & Marketing Director at Keelings, an Irish-owned, third generation family business operating within the fresh produce industry since 1926. Batty has held this position since March 2023. Prior to her appointment at Keelings, she held notable positions at Natures Way Foods, Tesco, Bow & Arrow, and Benugo. Batty has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Central St. Martins.

 

 


Jason Black, Senior Digital Marketing Manager,
Cairn Hotel Group

Jason Black brings a unique blend of digital marketing and content strategy expertise, developed through significant e-commerce and marketing roles at IKEA and now at the Cairn Hotel Group as Senior Digital Marketing Manager. His experience extends beyond traditional marketing into impactful public speaking, contributing regularly to case studies, and his membership of the Client Advisory Boards for Olapic (Social Native) and Contentsquare.

Jason’s career reflects a dedication to leveraging digital platforms for storytelling and engagement, paired with a commitment to sharing insights and best practices within the marketing community, underscoring his humble yet influential approach to digital innovation.


John Boyle, Business Development & Marketing Director,
William Fry

John Boyle is Director of Business Development and Marketing at William Fry, one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms with offices in Dublin, Cork, London, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York.

Prior to this, Boyle was CMO at PwC Ireland where he led the overall business development and marketing programme for their business in the Irish marketplace.

An experienced Financial Services marketing practitioner, he held senior marketingposts with both Bank of Ireland Group and RBS/Ulster Bank and is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Mark Brennan, Head of Marketing,
Allianz Ireland 

Mark Brennan is a marketing and business leader with over 18 years global marketing experience, successfully building brands and driving commercial growth across multiple industry sectors and organisations including Allianz, AIB, EBS, Guinness, Volkswagen and L’Oreal.

Brennan worked agency side in London for 10 years in some of the biggest global advertising agencies such as Adam&EveDDB. In 2013 he joined the senior management team in AIB who were charged with the task of rehabilitating the AIB brand in the Irish market.

In 2021 after his successful spell in AIB he was picked to lead the Allianz Ireland marketing department on their journey become the number 1 insurance brand in Ireland.


Lisa Browne, Head of Marketing & Customer Insights,
ESB Group

Lisa Browne, Head of Marketing & Customer Insights at ESB Group is a leading marketing and business leader with over 20 years’ experience in building brands and driving business success across a number of industries and brands including Tipperary Water, eircell, Bank of Ireland and ESB.

She was appointed Head of Marketing & Customer Insights at ESB in 2018 and leads a team with responsibility for developing brand and marketing strategies to provide innovative, sustainable energy solutions to homes and businesses throughout Ireland and GB. She is also a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Caroline Burton, Head Of Marketing,
Uniphar

Caroline Burton joined Uniphar as Head of Retail Marketing in March 2022. Her role is to lead the marketing function and work with her team to develop and deliver the marketing strategy across advertising, sponsorship, PR, social media and research for the Allcare, Hickey’s, McCauley and Life Pharmacy brands. Uniphar is Ireland’s leading Irish owned community pharmacy group with 138 owned pharmacies and over 200 independently owned symbol partners.

With over 20 years marketing experience, Caroline was Head of Marketing at The Maxol Group for 5 years before joining Uniphar and previously held senior positions with Dr. Oetker and Nestlé. She holds an MBS in Marketing from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Daragh Byrne, CMO,
SoftCo

Daragh Byrne is the CMO of Dublin-based financial software company, SoftCo. Byrne became Chief Marketing Officer of the firm in 2019 bringing years of experience and expertise to the role.

He held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Maximum Media Network before becoming CEO of the firm along with JOE media prior to joining SoftCo. He previously held roles at TV3, UTV Ireland and Tam Ireland.


Olivia Caslin, Communications & Marketing Manager,
Skillnet

Olivia Caslin is a brand, corporate communications and public relations executive with 20+ years of business experience at leading global consumer brands and public sector organisations, including Cuisine de France, Essity, Mars and UCD.

She has launched innovative, award-winning campaigns and has a passion for unlocking business growth through making meaningful connections to the everyday needs of consumers.

In her current role as Communications and Marketing Manager at Skillnet Ireland – Ireland’s Business Support Agency for Workforce Development – she is responsible for marketing communications to business and consumer audiences, helping businesses in Ireland succeed through innovative, business-driven people development.


Avril Casserly, Marketing Manager,
Glen Dimplex

Avril Casserly is Marketing Manager of Glen Dimplex Ireland, a distributor of electrical products. Casserly took up the role in March 2022.

Her previous experience includes Sales Team Leader at New Look, Marketing Executive of Flogas Ireland and EU associate Brand Marketing Manager at Radio Systems PetSafe Europe Ltd.

 

 


Christine Cefalo, Marketing and Communications Executive,
Workday

Christine Cefalo is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Workday. She joined Workday in 2008. Prior to her role as CMO, Christine led the corporate communications division of Workday’s global marketing organization. Before joining Workday, Christine served as a technology practice leader for the global communications firm Porter Novelli, and later founded her own public relations consultancy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Chico.

 


Meabh Clohosey, Brand & Marketing Director,
Aer Lingus

Meabh Clohosey is the Brand and Marketing Director of Aer Lingus. Prior to joining Aer Lingus in February 2022, Clohosey worked as Managing Director of Norwegian Brand Ltd where she was responsible for IP management of global brand, global market intelligence and brand development for Norwegian (airline), Norwegian Reward, Bank Norwegian and Norwegian Holiday.

She subsequently joined the Board of Directors for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. Earlier in her career, Clohosey worked as Marketing Manager for Heineken Ireland Ltd.


Geoff Codd, Marketing Director,
Energia

Geoff Codd has been Head of Marketing & Retail at gas and electricity supplier Energia since September 2015. He was previously the company’s Marketing Manager and has also worked in marketing roles at Meteor, Perlico and Shop Direct.

Codd is a Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University and Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business graduate.

 


Gavin Collins, Marketing Director (EMEA),
Workhuman

Gavin Collins is Marketing Director (EMEA) at Workhuman, the Irish multinational company co-headquartered in Dublin and Framingham, Massachusetts, providing cloud-based, human capital management software solutions. Throughout his career, Gavin has worked extensively with major B2C & B2B clients and organisations from marketing strategy to cross channel implementation, evaluation and reporting. Prior to Workhuman, he was Head of Content and Demand at Wavemaker.

 


Tara Collins, Chief Marketing Officer,
National Broadband Ireland

Tara Collins is the Chief Marketing Officer of NBI, responsible for directing the brand and communications strategy, stakeholder engagement and demand stimulation.

Tara joined NBI in 2020 with a wealth of experience across marketing, communications, PR, business development, and corporate relations, built up over a career of more than 20 years in the public and private sectors.

Tara has held senior roles at IAWS, Ryanair, Seniors Money International, Smurfit Business School, Hewlett Packard and University College Dublin. Tara’s global experience has seen her live and work in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Tara sits on the Board of BizWorld Ireland, a not-for-profit organisation that promotes entrepreneurship skills for young people and is a diversity champion for the Women’s Executive Network (WXN). She also volunteers for Harvard Business School’s virtual learning groups.

Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Technological University Dublin, a MSc in Business & Executive Coaching from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is also a Harvard Business School Alumna.


Shauna Crawley, Chief Marketing Officer,
Imagine Broadband

Shauna Crawley is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of Imagine Broadband, she brings her expertise in commercial marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, and digital marketing to drive the company’s success.

Susan Creedon, Brand & Communications Manager,

Susan Creedon is the Communications Manager at Sodexo, a French food services and facilities management company. Creedon joined the firm in 2019.

She has considerable experience as a communications manager and has helped numerous firms to convey their product effectively and grow their reputation. Creedon has previously held positions at PwC and Microsoft. She is a graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

 


Gillian Culhane, Vice President Corporate Communications,

Gillian Culhane is Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing at AerCap, the Irish aviation leasing company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with offices around the world. AerCap is listed on the NYSE with the ticker ‘AER’. Gillian has been at AerCap for almost eight years. Prior to that she worked at Aer Lingus for over 13 years. She holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy.


David Deighan, Head of Communications,
KPMG

David Deighan is Head of Communications with KPMG. A graduate of DCU, Deighan’s career has included making TV ads for Guinness and Carlsberg, as well as time spent in the out of home media business as a Director of JCDecaux.

As Head of Communications at KPMG,he is responsible for advertising, PR, media and digital at Ireland’s largest professional services firm.

 


Susan Dempsey, Senior Director Marketing & Communications,
ICON

A marketeer for close to three decades, Susan Dempsey began as a Customer Service Representative at Computer Associates and has worked her way up to becoming the Global Marketing and Communications Director for ICON Plc where she has thrived for over 15 years.

She has specialised in B2B services and strategic marketing programs for organisational growth. She is a strategic thinker who has a wide range of experience including professional services, telecoms, software localisation, and healthcare.


Vincent Dolan, VP Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Comms,
Dole Plc

Vincent Dolan is the Vice President of Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Communications at Dole Plc. He joined the firm, then Fyffes, in 1997, progressing to hold the positions of European Marketing Manager and Group Marketing and Sustainability Director in Total Produce plc.

Vincent assumed his current role with the formation of Dole plc in 2021. He holds an MSc in Management for Sustainable Development and an MBS in International Strategic Marketing from Dublin City University.

 


Caroline Donnellan, Director of Marketing & Brand,
Sky Ireland

Caroline Donellan is the Director of Marketing & Brand at Sky Ireland where she leads the marketing & brand strategy for Sky’s range of products and services covering TV, Broadband, Sports, Cinema and Content. Donellan is responsible for the development and implementation of Sky’s marketing & brand strategy to drive awareness and customer acquisition through the management of all creative, media and TTL advertising in Ireland.

Previous to this role, she has over 17 years’ experience in Financial Services, managing the launch and repositioning programme of a challenger brand and new retail bank to the Irish marketplace. She manages a team of twenty tasked with delivering on brand and marketing objectives. She holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Studies.


Mark Doyle, CMO,
AIB

Mark Doyle is a leading marketing and business leader with over 15 years global marketing experience, successfully building brands and driving commercial success across multiple industry sectors and organisations including AIB, EBS, Guinness, Volkswagen and L’Oreal.

Doyle worked in London for 10 years in some of the biggest Global Advertising Agencies such as DDB and Adam&Eve before joining AIB in late 2013.

Following a three year tenure as Head of Digital Marketing & Innovation at AIB, he was appointed Head of Marketing, with responsibility for all marketing activity across sponsorship, AIB Brand & EBS mortgages.


Rachel Doyle, Head of Marketing,

Rachel Doyle, who holds the position of Head of Marketing at Danone Dairy Ireland, has been with the company for over eleven years. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from University College Dublin (UCD). In 2023, she expanded her expertise by earning a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Institute.

Rachel Doyle is known for her proven track record in delivering business results for global FMCG Consumer Brands. She possesses a wealth of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across all stages of the marketing funnel, rooted in consumer-led insights and targeted campaigns.
