Paul Bailey, Head of Global Marketing & Communications,
IDA Ireland

Paul Bailey is Head of Global Marketing & Communications with IDA Ireland since February 2023 where he leads the marketing and press and PR teams. During the two years he has overseen the development, launch and implementation of the IDA Ireland rebrand led by the marketing team.

Prior to joining IDA Ireland, Paul was Head of Communications for the Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU) where he had responsibility for the marketing and PR functions. Paul drove the development and roll out of the Gold Effie award winning ILCU national advertising campaign “Monster Loans” in 2018 across TV, radio, and digital. He also led the re- development of the ILCU website and oversaw several ILCU social media campaigns, paid and organic.

Paul has held senior comms roles across the HSE and Department of Health acting as spokesperson and providing media training to senior executives. He is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII) and the Institute of Directors.


Pamela Barry, Marketing and Communications Lead,
Accenture in Ireland

As Marketing and Communications Lead for Accenture in Ireland, Pamela is responsible for creating and executing Accenture’s marketing and communications strategy in Ireland. She oversees all activity across Accenture’s marketing team in Ireland, including Accenture’s local brand and reputation, its talent brand and people communications, and CMD communications. Pamela also sits on the Ireland Leadership team.

Pamela has held a number of senior roles in Accenture over the last 10 years. Prior to stepping into her current role, Pamela was the People Communications Lead for Growth & Strategy at the office of Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer Bhaskar Ghosh. In this role, she was responsible for communicating programmes and content globally across Accenture’s 742,000 people. Before joining Accenture, Pamela held marketing positions in companies across multiple industries including advertising, FMCG, banking and telecommunications.

Pamela lectures part-time in DCU for its undergraduate degree in Marketing, Innovation & Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies and a master’s degree in marketing, both from DCU, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management with PR from the Fitzwilliam Institute. Pamela is IMI Certified, having completed the Taking the Lead – Women in Leadership course.


Jo Batty, Sales & Marketing Director,
Keelings

Jo Batty is UK Commercial Director at Keelings, an Irish-owned, third generation family business operating within the fresh produce industry since 1926. Batty has held this position since January 2025. Prior to her appointment at Keelings, she geld the positon of Sales & Marketing Director, and held notable positions at Natures Way Foods, Tesco, Bow & Arrow, and Benugo. Batty has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Central St. Martins.

 


Dara Brady, Chief Marketing Officer,
Ryanair

Dara Brady is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ryanair, reporting to the CEO. He leads Digital, Product, PR Communications, Marketing, and Customer operations. Since joining in 2018, Dara has driven digital transformation and expanded Ryanair’s partnerships with online travel agents to improve customer access and service delivery.

Dara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services from the Technological University of the Shannon.


Mark Brennan, Head of Marketing,
Allianz Ireland 

Mark Brennan is a marketing and business leader with over 20 years of global marketing experience, successfully building brands and driving commercial growth across multiple industry sectors and organisations including Allianz, AIB, EBS, Guinness, Volkswagen and L’Oreal.

Brennan worked agency side in London for 10 years in some of the biggest global advertising agencies such as Adam&EveDDB. In 2013, he joined the senior management team at AIB, who were charged with the task of rehabilitating the AIB brand in the Irish market.

In 2021, after his successful spell in AIB, he was picked to lead the Allianz Ireland marketing team on their journey to growing the Allianz brand to being the number 1 P&C insurance brand in the country which Allianz has now achieved.


Lisa Browne, Head of Marketing & Customer Insights,
ESB Group

Lisa Browne is Head of Marketing & Customer Insights at ESB, leading a team of marketing professionals with responsibility for brand and marketing strategies for key brands and businesses within the company. She is a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, and has previous experience at senior level in a number of industries including FMCG, telecommunications and financial services.


Caroline Burton, Head Of Marketing,
Uniphar

Caroline Burton joined Uniphar as Head of Retail Marketing in March 2022. Her role is to lead the marketing function and work with her team to develop and deliver the marketing strategy across advertising, sponsorship, PR, social media and research for the Allcare, Hickey’s, McCauley and Life Pharmacy brands. Uniphar is Ireland’s leading Irish owned community pharmacy group with 138 owned pharmacies and over 200 independently owned symbol partners. With over 20 years marketing experience, Caroline was Head of Marketing at The Maxol Group for 5 years before joining Uniphar and previously held senior positions with Dr. Oetker and Nestlé. She holds an MBS in Marketing from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Daragh Byrne, CMO,
SoftCo

Daragh Byrne is the CMO of Dublin-based financial software company, SoftCo. Byrne became Chief Marketing Officer of the firm in 2019 bringing years of experience and expertise to the role. He oversees the global marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing customer retention. With over a decade of experience in marketing and media, Daragh has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, building strong partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.

He held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Maximum Media Network before becoming CEO of the firm along with JOE media prior to joining SoftCo. He previously held roles at TV3, UTV Ireland and Tam Ireland. Daragh graduated from a Bachelor’s in Communication, Marketing and Finance from UCD


Avril Casserly, Marketing Manager,
Glen Dimplex

Avril Casserly is the Marketing Manager at Glen Dimplex Ireland, the country’s leading distributor of electrical products and a global leader in sustainable heating and ventilation solutions. Managing brands such as Dimplex, Belling, Morphy Richards, Roberts Radio, Toshiba, Walker, and Xpelair, sheleads multi-channel marketing campaigns across ROI and NI.

Avril works closely with retailers on in-store promotions and merchandising, while also managing digital content, social media, brand assets, and campaign budgets. With a focus on strategic brand growth and customer retention, she drives innovative marketing initiatives both online and offline.

Avril graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in International Managment, Purshasing and Supply Chain from Dundalk Institute of Technology.


Emma Chalwin, Chief Marketing Officer,
Workday

Emma Chalwin is chief marketing officer (CMO) at Workday since July 2023. She oversees the global marketing organization, with responsibility for building the brand and creating customer demand in markets around the world. Prior to that, she held positions of Executive VP at Salesforce, and Director of EMEA Brand Marketing. Emma graduated from a Bachelor’s of European Business Studies at the University of West London.


Meabh Clohosey, Brand & Marketing Director,
Aer Lingus

Meabh Clohosey is the Brand and Marketing Director of Aer Lingus. Prior to joining Aer Lingus in February 2022, Clohosey worked as Managing Director of Norwegian Brand Ltd where she was responsible for IP management of global brand, global market intelligence and brand development for Norwegian (airline), Norwegian Reward, Bank Norwegian and Norwegian Holiday.

She subsequently joined the Board of Directors for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. Earlier in her career, Clohosey worked as Marketing Manager for Heineken Ireland Ltd. Meabh has graduated from an International Marketing and Languages degree from Dublin City University.


Geoff Codd, Marketing Director,
Energia

Geoff Codd has been Marketing Director at gas and electricity supplier Energia since October 2021. He was previously the company’s Head of Marketing & Marketing Manager and has also worked in marketing roles at Meteor, Perlico and Shop Direct. He is the President-elect of the AAI.

Codd is a Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University and Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business graduate.


Gavin Collins, Marketing Director (EMEA),
Workhuman

Gavin is the Senior Marketing Director for Workhuman who leads the “go to market” strategy in EMEA. Gavin is a seasoned Marketing leader with a proven track record of driving demand through precision-based B2B marketing programs that support enterprise sales models. His expertise lies in scaling EMEA marketing functions in collaboration with global peers, ensuring seamless integration and alignment. Gavin successfully increased marketing pipeline contribution, qualified lead volume, and sales velocity for some of the world’s largest organizations. With skills spanning across multi-layer communication, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels. Leadership in guiding teams to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence is a key strength. Gavin led the Workhuman International Expansion committee with SELT members to identify key markets through comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research, developing tailored go-to-market strategies that consider local nuances and phased success monitoring.


Tara Collins, Chief Marketing Officer,
National Broadband Ireland

Tara Collins is Chief Communications & Marketing Officer at National Broadband Ireland (NBI), leading brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications for Ireland’s largest telecom infrastructure project. With over 20 years’ experience, she has held senior roles at Ryanair, Hewlett-Packard, IAWS, Seniors Money, UCD, and Smurfit Business School. Her international career spans the US, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia, bringing a global outlook to her work. Tara is a founding member of the Women’s Infrastructure Network in Ireland and sits on the boards of RISE Global Foundation and the Ireland US Council. She also mentors with Harvard Business School’s global virtual groups. She holds qualifications from TU Dublin, UCD Smurfit, and Harvard Business School.


Susan Creedon, Brand & Communications Manager,
Sodexo

Susan Creedon is the Communications Manager at Sodexo, a French food services and facilities management company. Creedon joined the firm in 2019.

She has considerable experience as a communications manager and has helped numerous firms to convey their product effectively and grow their reputation. Creedon has previously held positions at Microsoft as a Communication leader, and PwC as an international communication senior manager. She is a graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, with a diploma in organisational transformation and development.


Gillian Culhane, Vice President Corporate Communications,
AerCap

Gillian Culhane has served as Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing at AerCap since 2016. Based in Dublin, AerCap is a leading Irish aviation leasing company with a global presence and is publicly traded on the NYSE under the ticker ‘AER’. Gillian brings nearly eight years of experience at AerCap, following a 13-year tenure with Aer Lingus. Prior to that, Gillian has held the Head of Press and Media Relations at Aer Lingus for more than 12 years.

She also holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the UCD Professional Academy.


David Deighan, Head of Communications,
KPMG

David Deighan is Head of Communications with KPMG. A graduate of DCU, Deighan’s career has included making TV ads for Guinness and Carlsberg, as well as time spent in leading advertising agencies and the out of home media business as a Director of JCDecaux.

As Head of Communications at KPMG, he is responsible for advertising, PR, and media at Ireland’s largest professional services firm.

 


Susan Dempsey, Senior Director Marketing & Communications,
ICON

A marketeer for close to three decades, Susan Dempsey began as a Customer Service Representative at Computer Associates and has worked her way up to becoming the Global Marketing and Communications Director for ICON Plc where she has thrived for over 15 years.

She has specialised in B2B services and strategic marketing programs for organisational growth. She is a strategic thinker who has a wide range of experience including professional services, telecoms, software localisation, and healthcare.

Susan is a graduate from Smurfit Graduate Business School, UCD.


Vincent Dolan, VP Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Comms,
Dole Plc

Vincent Dolan is the Vice President of Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Communications at Dole Plc. He joined the firm, then Fyffes, in 1997, progressing to hold the positions of European Marketing Manager and Group Marketing and Sustainability Director in Total Produce plc.

Vincent assumed his current role with the formation of Dole plc in 2021. He holds an MSc in Management for Sustainable Development and an MBS in International Strategic Marketing from Dublin City University.


Caroline Donnellan, Director of Marketing & Brand,
Sky Ireland

Caroline Donnellan is the Director of Marketing & Brand at Sky Ireland, where she leads the strategy and execution across TV, Broadband, Sports, Cinema, and Content offerings. Responsible for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition, Caroline oversees all creative, media, and through-the-line advertising activity for the Irish market.

Awarded Marketer of the Year 2023 and leading the team recognised as Marketing Team of the Year 2023, Caroline brings over 17 years of prior experience in Financial Services, including the successful launch and repositioning of a challenger retail bank in Ireland. She hold a First Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and currently manage a team of 20, known for delivering high-impact, results-driven marketing campaigns.


Mark Doyle, CMO,
AIB

As CMO at AIB since 2019, Doyle is an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of driving significant commercial growth across industries including drinks, consumer-packaged goods, telecoms and financial services. Responsible for rehabilitating some of Ireland’s most iconic brands and empowering teams to create exceptional marketing strategies to drive business growth. Adept at leading cross-functional initiatives and overseeing the implementation of customer-focused plans in complex and dynamic environments.
