Wendy Duggan, Director of Marketing,
Primark

As Director of Marketing, Wendy Duggan is responsible for delivering the global marketing strategy for Primark. Celebrating eleven years at Primark this year, Wendy has worked her way through various positions starting in a European PR role and overseeing new market entries with a career highlight of launching the brand into the USA in September 2015. A strategic comms professional, Wendy has worked across internal and fashion communications strategies for the business most notably building global press showrooms and in market marketing capability, embedding an influencer portfolio, and introducing celebrity collaborations.

Wendy was promoted to the newly created Marketing Director position in January 2021 with a team of 100+ across marketing operations, marketing communications, creative and visual merchandising. Prior to Primark, Wendy spent 10 years working in various marketing retail roles in Dublin.

Wendy holds a first-class honours degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University with a specialism in Marketing.


Stella Fau Clarke, Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer,
Fenergo

Stella Fau Clarke is Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Fenergo, with previous roles at Murex and DBS Bank. An expert in banking technology and digital transformation, she advocates for women in finance and is Vice-President of the French Trade Advisors.


Eilís Fitzgerald, Head of Marketing Communications,
Three

As Head of Marketing Communications, Eilís is responsible for delivering world class marketing and brand plans. During the last decade at Three Ireland she has led several projects that have delivered clear business impact.


Una Fitzgibbon, Director of Marketing & Communications,
Bord Bia

Una Fitzgibbon is the Marketing Director at Bord Bia, where she leads strategic marketing communications across domestic and international markets. With over 17 years in the role, Una has been instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy for Origin Green, positioning Ireland as a global leader in sustainable food and drink production.

Passionate about sustainability and transformative industry change, Una manages five teams and spearheads cross-functional and sector-wide initiatives to deliver agile, impactful results. With extensive experience supporting owner-managed SMEs and family-run businesses, Una develops tailored strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive business development, and promote long-term sustainable growth.

She is a graduate from UCD, where she studied a Bachelor of Commerce.


Elaine Fitzpatrick, Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Corporate Communications,
Zurich

Elaine Fitzpatrick is Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Corporate Communications at Zurich Life Assurance plc. She has over 30 years’ marketing experience at Zurich, which in recent years has grown to be the number two insurer in the life assurance market.

Fitzpatrick has overall responsibility for marketing across Zurich Life’s retail and corporate business and she plays a key role in the delivery of Zurich’s customer strategy. She also has responsibility for managing Zurich’s reputation as Head of Corporate Communications.

She oversaw the launch of Zurich’s current ‘Performance Counts’ advertising campaign as well as Zurich’s ‘Dear 30 Year Old Me’ campaign, winner of an All Ireland Marketing Award for Best Brand Campaign. Fitzpatrick is very supportive of Zurich’s CSR activities including Tackle Your Feelings, a mental wellbeing campaign developed in partnership with Rugby Players Ireland.


Ferenc Gál, Marketing Director,
CPL

Ferenc Gál is a Director at the Future of Work Institute (part of Cpl), a premier consultancy and research group helping organisations design their future working world, to attract, engage and retain the right talent.​

A strategic marketing leader with nearly two decades of expertise, Gál is distinguished for developing data driven consumer, talent, and business marketing strategies that consistently deliver results.

Prior to his current role, Gál built an impressive career trajectory through senior leadership positions including Cpl, dentsu, Accenture, and Google, as well as pioneering work in the digital publishing sector. His diverse background across technology, consulting, and media landscapes has equipped him with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the intersection of talent, technology, and business strategy.


Aisling Gavin, Head of Marketing,
Portwest

Aisling Gavin has been the Head of Marketing at Portwest since 2018. She has extensive experience in marketing and worked as Head of Marketing at Travelopia prior to joining Portwest.

Gavin has previously worked at Scottish Water as a Marketing Coordinator, Rybka limited as a Marketing and Communications Manager, Hymans Robertson and TUI Group, as Head of Customer Engagement & Marketing. She is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Sligo and holds a Masters of Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University.


Sinead Geraghty, Head of Marketing for Ireland and Northern Ireland,
AWS

Sinéad Geraghty is a results-driven marketing leader with 16+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and technology. Currently, Head of Marketing for Ireland and Northern Ireland at Amazon Web Services (AWS), she drives demand generation and pipeline growth through close alignment with sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. Formerly, she led global marketing at Origina and co-founded her own performance marketing agency, Donutz Digital. Sinéad’s data-driven approach has consistently driven revenue growth, earning her the 2025 AWS Annual Legend Award and a reputation as a strategic marketing expert. Sinéad holds a Master’s in Electronic Commerce from DCU.


Nikki Gibney, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer,
Deloitte

As CMO at Deloitte Ireland, Nikki Gibney leads a high-performing team across Brand, Partnerships, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs. Since stepping into the role in 2020, she has led a transformation of the team’s strategy and operating model, launching standout brand campaigns and strengthening Deloitte’s high-profile partnerships, including with the Irish Olympic and Paralympic teams.
Previously Director of Business Development, Nikki brings a sharp focus on business priorities, brand leadership, and customer insight.


Judy Glover, Senior Market Director,
Circle K

Judy Glover began in Circle K (then Topaz Energy) in 2009 as a Category Manager. She was soon promoted to Manager status and not long after that was named Senior Marketing Director for Circle K Europe.

She is an experienced Category Management with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Her specialities include, Negotiation, Customer Insight, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Wine and Sales.

Judy is a graduate from the Institute of Technology in Carlow, and holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Purchasing Management.

Tony Grigg, Chief Marketing Officer,
Keyword Studios

As head of Keywords Engage, Tony is responsible for all the group’s Marketing and Player Engagement services. Prior to joining Keywords he spent over two decades at WPP in a variety of leadership roles, joining their flagship creative agency Ogilvy and rising through the ranks to become Worldwide Board Director with responsibility for Ford Motor Company, WPP’s largest client.

Tony Grigg is a graduate from the University of Exter with a Bachelor’s in Economic and Social History.


Alicia Hannon, Head of Marketing and Communications ,

As Head of Marketing & Communications for eir evo, Alicia Hannon brings over 20 years of expertise in brand building, communications, and growth marketing. Brian Healy, Marketing Manager, Brand, Communications & Sponsorship,

Brian Healy is a highly driven business professional with over 15 years of marketing and commercial experience across both domestic and international markets. Currently at FBD Insurance, Ireland’s largest insurer, he has also held key roles at Tesco and Carr Golf Travel. Known for thriving in fast-paced environments, Brian brings deep expertise in ATL and BTL marketing, brand strategy, sponsorship, agency and relationship management, market research, budgeting, and team leadership. With a proven track record across diverse sectors, he consistently delivers impactful results and strategic growth. Brian is a graduate from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD with a Master’s in Marketing Practice.


Gillian Hennessy, Marketing Director,
EY Ireland

Gillian Hennessy is Director of Marketing at EY Ireland with overall responsibility for Brand and Marketing Strategy for the firm. Gillian joined EY in April 2022 and prior to that held a number of senior marketing roles including Director of Marketing and Communications at Dublin Chamber, Marketing Director at The AA Ireland and Head of Marketing at Boots Ireland. She holds a BA in International Marketing and Languages from DCU and an MBA from the Smurfit Graduate Business School at UCD.


Lou Hickey, EMEA Marketing Director,

Award-winning marketing and public relations professional, Lou Hickey has over twenty years’ experience working with consumer and corporate brands across the EMEA and APAC regions. As Marketing Director for EMEA, she leads strategy for three consumer brands under the Blackhawk Network original content portfolio: One4all, Gutscheingold and Restaurant Choice, across ten countries. Lou leads on new market launches, new product developments and ranges, and wider commercial projects including strategy for employee rewards and incentives. Additionally, she delivers keynotes and presentations at industry and business events.


Lisa Holmes, Head of Marketing,

Lisa is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She is passionate about building relationships at all levels and delivering high-quality effective strategic and tactical programs. She leads Field Marketing across Medium Business, Public Sector, Corporate and Large Enterprises in Ireland and Northern Ireland, where she drives business transformation through strong data analytics and storytelling that resonates emotionally with customers. She holds a degree in Business & French from the University of Limerick. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, CrossFit and running.


Amanda Jobbins, Director of Marketing and Partnerships, Vodafone Business,

Amanda Jobbins is internationally renowned technology industry executive having led global business development, sales and marketing organizations for major SaaS, Comms & IT enterprise software companies in the USA, Europe & Asia. Amanda is currently the Global CMO & Group Commercial Director of Vodafone Business, the enterprise division of Vodafone serving organizations worldwide with security, cloud and digital solutions. Amanda has extensive experience leading technology organizations and was formerly Global CMO of Infor and an SVP at Oracle leading their global business development and international marketing organisations across all product lines. Over her career she also led significant organizations at Cisco and Symantec, where she led strategy, product marketing and the consumer GTM as well as running channel sales teams. Amanda was previously on the board of ISG Plc, an AIM listed company & StorMagic Plc a UK based network attached storage small cap. Amanda is also currently on the board of PairPoint , an IOT economy of things JV between Vodafone and Sumitomo & is on the Hull University MBA Advisory Board. Amanda has been recognized as a FTSE Women to Watch by Cranfield Business School and with experience managing operations for organizations with revenues of $40B+ as well as entrepreneurial experience & mind-set gained at mid & small-cap growth companies.


Shane Kavanagh, Group Marketing Director,
Fexco

Shane Kavanagh has held the position of Group Marketing Director at Fexco for more than 13 years, and is responsible for the 10 Billion dollar Fintech company’s marketing operations in over 30 countries. Shane previously held roles at Communicorp, and Digicel.

He is a Trinity College Graduate who first got into marketing in 2009 with Digicel in the Caribbean. Over the past decade, Kavanagh transitioned to Group Marketing Director in both Communicorp and Fexco.


Lisa Kelly, Director of Marketing & CX,
Cornmarket Group

Lisa Kelly has 20 years’ experience in marketing and is currently Director of Marketing & CX at Cornmarket with responsibility for brand, digital, customer experience, acquisition and retention marketing.
She began her career at ShopDirect Ireland before holding marketing positions in a number of telecommunications organisations, including Three, Meteor, TalkTalk and eir.
Kelly holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and a BA in International Marketing & Languages from Dublin City University.


Marianne Kelly, Field Marketing Manager Ireland,
Equinix

Marianne Kelly is Field Marketing Manager for Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company. In this role, she is part of the North EMEA team and is responsible for devising and implementing the marketing strategy for Equinix in Ireland and the UK. Career highlights include leading the marketing strategy for Equinix’s successful expansion into South Africa. Her focus aligns with the overall strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and globally, driving pipeline and business growth in these markets through direct and channel marketing programmes.
With 20 years of marketing management experience, specialising in B2B marketing communications for both Irish and international companies, Kelly is a creative, customer-centric marketer.
Prior to joining Equinix, she consulted with NearForm as Global Events Manager and spent almost seven years with eir, where she worked as Marketing Communications Manager across the small-to-mid-sized business (SMB), Enterprise, and Government markets for the company.


Kevin Kent, Head of Marketing,
Laya Healthcare

Kevin Kent is a senior marketing professional with experience across both client and agency roles. He has worked in Ireland and the UK in sectors including software, retail, recruitment, tourism, and not-for-profit. Currently part of the marketing team at Laya Healthcare, he previously served as Head of Client Services at one of Ireland’s top creative agencies. Kevin is passionate about brand development, campaign creation, and digital marketing, particularly the intersection of marketing and technology. He also lectured with the Digital Marketing Institute, covering areas such as online advertising and mobile marketing, sharing insights drawn from his diverse industry experience. Kevin graduated from a Master’s of Marketing Practice at UCD


Catherine Keogh, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer,
Kerry Group

Catherine Keogh is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Kerry Group plc and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. A seasoned global C-suite leader with 25 years’ experience, she has held senior roles across corporate and government affairs, ESG, marketing, brand, and strategic communications. Previously with Alltech, Catherine has led global strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She currently oversees Kerry’s sustainability strategy and the Kerry Health and Nutrition Institute.

An MBA graduate from UCD Smurfit and DCU Alum of the Year 2022, Catherine has worked across Ireland, France, Canada, and the U.S., and serves on boards including the American Chamber of Commerce.


Gaurav Khurana, Senior VP – Sales and Marketing,
Clever Cards

Gaurav Khurana is a business leader with experience across Consumer Tech, Fintech, Payments, and more. He has scaled businesses, managed brands like Chevrolet and American Express, and led teams at Meta, PayU, and General Motors.

Gaurav holds a MBA from the GOA Institute of Management.
