Ireland is now the 8th largest FDI to the United States, resulting in significant employment across all fifty states balancing that of the employment of US multinationals across Ireland. The 2020 Ireland Day will discuss and promote a new frontier for the Ireland-US business relationship, and showcase the significant, ever-increasing Irish corporate investment across the United States under the theme ‘Resetting the Dial.’ Ireland Day will also discuss Ireland’s role as a conduit in the context of US trade with Europe, and Europe with the United States.

Ireland INC promotes and facilitates Irish businesses invested in, and investing across, the United States. Ireland INC hosted its first annual CEO delegation to Washington DC in November which included former Taoiseach Enda Kenny, President of IBEC and CEO of Dalata Pat McCann, alongside CEOs and stakeholders representing leading Irish corporations. They hosted meetings with Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Chairman of the Ways & Means Committee Richie Neal, and CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce Tom Donohue.

The Ireland Day Leadership Breakfast, hosted in partnership with the New York Stock Exchange and other Irish and US agencies, is an invitation only event and limited in capacity.
