Nominations are now open for the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (D,E&I) award at this year’s Business & Finance Awards. The award celebrates companies that contribute to improving the lives of their employees while also enhancing the civic environment in which they operate.

The Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award will be awarded to a company that can demonstrate a holistic and long-term commitment to D,E&I within its culture. The company must be able to highlight its D,E&I strategy and how it has positively impacted on its business.

Judges will be looking at aspects such as the leadership’s commitment to diversity, representation of diversity at all levels of the organisation, equal access to opportunity, fair treatment practices and diversity education and training.

This year’s Business & Finance Awards will take place on December 1st at the Convention Centre, Dublin. There are a number of awards at this year’s ceremony including Business Person of the Year, Company of the Year and the Elevation Award. Nominations for the Elevation Award can be submitted here.
