Smurfit WestRock is the result of a merger between global leader in sustainable packaging, Smurfit Kappa and WestRock. Smurfit WestRock is our Company of the Month for July 2024, in association with KPMG.
The merger between Smurfit Kappa and WestRock resulted in Smurfit WestRock achieving a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange on 8th July 2024.
From its foundation in 1934 to going public in 1964, and now, the recent merger with WestRock and listing on the NYSE in 2024, Smurfit Kappa has exceeded expectations throughout the decades.
