Now in its 7th year, Dublin Tech Summit will take place at the RDS in Dublin on May 31 and June 1, 2023.
Ireland’s largest tech conference, Dublin Tech Summit, returns in five days. Organisers are preparing for an influx of tech experts, innovators, and humanoid robots, who are set to land on the Ireland’s capital for the event.
The summit is expected to welcome over six thousand attendees who will gather to network, share ideas and outline trends in technologies that are set to impact the world.
Desdemona
In addition to this year’s speaker line-up, guests will meet Desdemona, a humanoid robot created by Hanson Robotics and powered by AI from the Netherlands-based foundation SingularityNET.
Desdemona will perform with the Jam Galaxy Band at a special after-hours closing party in Dublin’s Lost Lane venue on June 1, part of the Dublin Tech Summit by Night programme.
DTS by Night
The DTS by Night programme will see venues around Dublin and beyond host informal networking sessions.
Dingle Gin is hosting the DTS by Night programme in Tapped, Distilled and Lost Lane in Dublin 2, as well as providing a gin tasting bar to the DTS floor.
DTS and Salesforce will bid a fond farewell to DTS23 at Lost Lane where not only will the Jam Galaxy Band perform, but also one of Ireland’s finest DJs.
Industry partners and start-ups
Dublin Tech Summit is supported by over 80 industry partners and will showcase 150 start-ups throughout the event.
DTS app
Attendees can connect with each other via the DTS event app. This can be used to arrange virtual or in person meetings with peers. Slots for the formal networking area can also be booked through the app.
Informal lounges
Dotted throughout the venue will be lounge and informal seating spaces, specially designed for grabbing a coffee after a session and having a conversation with fellow attendees.
Podcast booth
Dublin Tech Summit will be streaming live across the two days of the event via the DTS23 app, This will feature scheduled and impromptu podcast sessions with speakers.
Pitch competition
The Ignite Pitch Competition is sponsored by AIB, Hubspot For Startups and Enterprise Ireland. 26 high-potential start-ups will compete across five “knockout” rounds on Day 1 of the summit as they pitch their businesses to expert judges.
The winners of each round will compete in the final on the IGNITE stage (Day 2 at 4pm).
Coding challenge
The DTS23 Coding Challenge, in association with Jaguar Land Rover, will see the best coders compete against each other to win the coveted challenge.
