Lorna McAuliffe, Head of Insurance & Litigation
Whitney Moore
Whitney Moore has appointed Lorna McAuliffe as its new Head of Insurance & Litigation.
In this role, she will oversee commercial and insurance litigation, focusing on catastrophic injury, medical negligence, D&O liability, professional indemnity, product liability, and defamation.
McAuliffe brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance law, and dispute resolution. She has advised both domestic and international clients.

Ashview Consultants
Following its ongoing European expansion, Ashview Consultants has announced the appointment of four new senior roles. The appointments include the following:
After nearly a decade with the company, Justyna Kluska has taken on a new role at Ashview Consultants. She will promote a strong business risk and safety culture across the firm’s portfolio and lead the Ashview Consultants Women Enterprise Network. In this capacity, she will champion leadership through webinars, events, and collaborative initiatives. Kluska has contributed to more than 350 projects across sectors, including civil works, residential, commercial, data centres, and breweries.
Tony Fox has been appointed Senior Associate Director, having previously held roles including Senior Health and Safety Consultant and Associate Director. He focuses on early project planning and design, supporting clients in identifying and managing potential organisational risks. He also oversees a range of advisory and compliance projects, including the implementation of Safe365. This digital tool enables businesses to monitor and improve health and safety performance and compliance in real time.
Dylan Coughlan has been promoted to Associate Director, having previously served as Senior Risk Consultant. In his role, he is heavily involved in the early assessment of design risks for projects, ensuring that appropriate measures are implemented to manage risks during construction and for end users.
Before joining Ashview Consultants in 2022, Coughlan worked as a Health and Safety Officer with Sonica, an interior fit-out contractor, and with HML Construction, a major construction company operating in Ireland and the UK. He brings extensive experience across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, logistics, and data centre projects.

Sarah Lawn, Senior Associate
Lawn joins Lewis Silkin as a Senior Associate. In her new position, she will assist clients with employment, industrial relations, and health and safety issues, offering practical guidance to employers on various workplace matters. Sarah brings extensive experience representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. She is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and the Employment Lawyers’ Association (ELA), and has also taught the Law Society of Ireland’s Employment Law Diploma for over a decade.
Sinead Likely, Senior Associate
Likely has been appointed to advise clients on all aspects of employment relationships, including recruitment and termination. Her expertise covers contracts, policies, performance management, grievance and disciplinary processes, redundancy, data protection, and protected disclosures. She has represented clients in various employment-related cases before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, and civil courts.
Ayesha Butt, Business Development Manager
Momenta Finance
Butt joins with more than three years of experience at Metro Bank, where she served as Relationship Business Manager. She worked with SME and commercial clients, offering tailored banking services and managing a varied portfolio. Her approach centred on building strong client relationships and a detailed understanding of business operations.

Claire Tuohy, Partner
HOMS Assist
Since joining HOMS Assist in 2017, Tuohy has advised individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters. Her work covers succession planning, estate administration, and complex cases involving contentious probate and trust disputes. She is dual-qualified in Ireland and in England and Wales. Tuohy holds an LLB in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick and a STEP Diploma in Administration of Trusts and Estates. Her cross-border expertise enables her to manage the legal and tax complexities that often arise in Ireland–UK cases.
A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), she serves on the committee of the STEP Ireland branch and lectures on diploma programmes for both the Law Society of Ireland and STEP Ireland.

Tom Foley, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

Foley brings more than three decades of experience in senior finance, commercial leadership, and corporate governance. His career spans multinational, global shared services, technology, manufacturing, and retail sectors. A qualified accountant, he has held senior executive roles with Proofpoint, AbbVie/Allergan, Hudson’s Bay Company, and other major international organisations, leading large-scale transformation projects across diverse business environments.
At SYS Financial, he will oversee the delivery of the company’s M&A strategy. He will manage acquisitions end-to-end, from financial evaluations and stakeholder engagement to ensuring each transaction runs efficiently and effectively.

Tim Morris, Philipp Westermann, Global Co-Heads of Real Assets

Legal & General (L&G) has appointed Tim Morris and Philipp Westermann, Co-Managing Partners at Proprium Capital Partners, as Global Co-Heads of Real Assets.
In their dual leadership roles, Morris will lead L&G’s Global Real Assets strategy, while Westermann will focus on the growth and integration of Proprium Capital Partners. Westermann’s responsibilities include providing strategic direction and operational support across L&G’s wider Real Assets business. His role is seen as pivotal to Proprium’s next phase of expansion following its acquisition by L&G. With more than 60 years of combined experience, Morris and Westermann have held senior positions at Proprium and Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate platform. They bring deep global investor networks and a strong record of building and scaling private markets operations.
