Manqi Ke, Sales Administrator
Landmark Technologies
The Irish provider of IT and cybersecurity services, Landmark Technologies, has announced the appointment of Manqi Ke as its new Sales Administrator.
In her new role, Ke will be responsible for the sales process for customers. She will also maintain accurate records for CRM systems and facilitate effective communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Commenting on her new appointment, Manqi Ke said, “I plan to leverage my experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment in my new role, and will apply my strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once to the sales process at Landmark. I also believe that my background in client relationship management has provided invaluable skills for this position, and I’m looking forward to directly supporting Landmark’s customers as they continue to grow and succeed.”
Alister Musgrave, Board
Musgrave
Musgrave has announced the appointment of Alister Musgrave to its Board of Directors, as a Non-executive Director and Family Director. He succeeds Chris Pilling, who stepped down after 8 years of service for the company.
Alister Musgrave brings experience from the finance, insurance, and technology sectors. Before his new role, he co-founded MoneyHero Group while in Hong Kong. MoneyHero is now Asia’s leading personal finance aggregator platform.
Following his appointment, Nicky Hartey, Chairman, said, “I am pleased to welcome Alister to the Musgrave Board. John Cunningham, Market Insight Director
BAM Ireland
BAM Ireland has announced the appointment of John Cunningham as its new Market Insight Director. In his new role, Cunningham will be responsible for developing BAM Ireland’s market intelligence and analytics capabilities.
His previous roles included senior management positions in Morgan McKinley Group, Irish PTSB, and Friends First. Additionally, he was a Non-executive Director of Zurich Bank for many years.

Kieran Mulvey, Board
Speed Fibre Group
Speed Fibre Group has announced the appointment of Kieran Mulvey to the Board of the company. Kieran Mulvey has built a career spanning public administration, regulation, sport, and governance.
Before joining the company, he held several senior executive roles, including Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Commission and Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission. He later served as Ireland’s first Just Transition Commissioner from 2019 to 2023 and spent a decade as Chairperson of Sport Ireland. He has also served on numerous university boards and a wide range of government bodies and agencies. He is approved by the Central Bank of Ireland as a PCF under its Fitness and Probity regime and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of An Post.
Commenting on his appointment, Mulvey said, “I am delighted to be appointed to the Board at Speed Fibre Group at a pivotal point in the company’s development. Association of Advertisers in Ireland
The Association of Advertisers in Ireland (AAI) has announced two new appointments.
Jennifer Power has been appointed as AAI’s Vice-President. She brings extensive experience as a senior marketing leader. Currently working as Media Lead for the UK and Ireland at McDonald’s, she oversees media strategy across multiple markets and brings a proven record of driving growth through effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Commenting on her appointment, Jennifer Power said, “I’m delighted to take up this role with the AAI following my work with the other Board members over the past few years.”
Geoff Codd has been appointed as President of AAI for a two-year term. Codd has extensive experience in developing and maintaining strong brands within highly competitive and regulated environments. He has also previously served on the AAI Board, reflecting his long-standing engagement with and commitment to Ireland’s advertising industry.

Jane O’Grady has been appointed as Head of Intellectual Property & Technology for Ireland at Squire Patton Boggs. In her new role, O’Grady will focus on intellectual property and data protection. She brings extensive experience advising on the IP and data protection dimensions of M&A transactions, particularly those with a cross-border element. A registered trademark and design attorney in both Ireland and the EU, she advises on the protection, commercialisation, and enforcement of intellectual property. She also provides guidance on all areas of privacy law, including GDPR compliance, data subject access requests, and cross-border transfers of personal data.

Lavelle Partners LLP has appointed Denise Dockery as a Partner. With over 20 years of experience in conveyancing, Dockery has extensive expertise advising on high-value, complex property transactions across multiple sectors. Her work spans the acquisition and disposal of office headquarters, retail portfolios, public houses, industrial and logistics assets, and residential developments. She also has a strong track record in financing projects such as primary healthcare centres, hotels, and renewable energy initiatives, including wind farms.
In her new role, Dockery will provide guidance on all aspects of acquiring, selling, and leasing both commercial and residential property. She will work with a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, state bodies, developers, lenders, investors, and owner-occupiers.

Luba Kotzeva, Board
NTR plc
Luba Kotzeva has been appointed as a Non-executive Director to the Board of NTR plc, effective on 1 March 2026.
With more than 26 years of experience, Kotzeva has guided corporates, sovereigns, and infrastructure investors through some of the most complex deals in power, energy, utilities, and infrastructure. She has played a key role in transactions exceeding £60 billion, covering over 60GW of power generation, with clean energy accounting for around three-quarters of that total. Her sector expertise is wide-ranging, spanning solar, onshore and offshore wind, nuclear, batteries, retail, waste, water, networks, and pioneering energy transition projects, including carbon capture and hydrogen initiatives.

Grace Armstrong, Insolvency and Restructuring
Armstrong has extensive experience in all corporate restructuring and insolvency procedures and has acted for insolvency practitioners, companies, directors, financial institutions and lenders with regard to contentious and non-contentious matters. She also specialises in commercial litigation, acting in a range of matters including shareholder disputes, challenges to enforcement and cross-border debt collection and recovery proceedings.
Clementine Farrell, Employment, Pensions and Incentives
Farrell works across the breadth of the Pensions & Incentives Group’s employer and trustee client list advising on all issues arising including trustee duties, the exercise of trustee discretions, the application of statutory regulations, administrative matters and review of service level agreements, pension adjustment orders, internal dispute resolution and referrals to the FSPO as well as clients’ strategic projects such as buy-outs, enhanced transfer value exercises, funding issues and parent company guarantees, mergers, and wind-ups.

She has particular expertise in employment-related tax issues, including share awards, tax‑efficient remuneration, reward programmes and severance payments.
In addition, Caitríona Callanan is Head of the Tax Compliance Unit and leads a team delivering comprehensive Irish tax compliance services across all tax heads, including corporation tax, VAT, stamp duty, payroll taxes, share scheme reporting, betting duty and withholding taxes.
Catherine Walsh, Technology and Innovation
Walsh is a member of the Technology & Innovation Group advising clients on data, technology law and outsourcing matters, with a focus on data protection, IP, digital regulation, cyber security law and commercial contracts. She advises clients across the public and private sectors, including those in the life sciences and research sectors. She also supports the firm’s corporate transactions, advising on issues in these areas.
David Higgins, Asset Management and Investment Funds
Higgins is Of Counsel in the Investment Management Group based in our Dublin office. He advises clients on financial services and asset management matters with an emphasis on the establishment, authorisation, operation and maintenance of investment funds, including AIFs and UCITS, and MiFID investment firms.

Bay Broadcasting has announced the appointment of Dave Kelly as Group Programme Director. In his new role, Kelly will oversee Programming across Bay’s radio portfolio, including Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio, Radio Nova, and Galway Bay FM.
