Xeinadin, one of the leading professional service practices in Ireland and the UK, has announced the appointments of Margaret Ryan and Roisin Purcell as Partners, strengthening its leadership team across Ireland.
Ryan will work with Xeinadin’s audit teams across the country as the firm increases its client base.
Joining from PwC, where she held the position of Director for four years, she has over 25 years of professional and leadership experience in both practice and industry environments, holding senior positions at EY, BDO, and Shannon Airport Group.
She brings a deep level of technical expertise to the senior audit leadership team and will support a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistency across engagements.

Roisin Purcell has also been appointed Partner after joining Xeinadin from PwC. With 25 years of experience, Roisin has managed a broad client portfolio between personal and corporate tax cases, looking after all aspects of their tax affairs.
In recent years, she has specialised in private client tax issues, specifically the sale and succession of privately owned businesses, group reorganisations, and tax planning for high-net-worth clients.
At Xeinadin, Purcell will work closely with entrepreneurs, business owners and private clients, providing strategic tax advice on growth, succession planning, and wealth management.

Pascal Boillat, Independent Non-Executive Director
Bank of Ireland
Boillat currently serves as Chief Operating Officer with London Stock Exchange Group plc, where he is responsible for group-wide operations and enterprise-wide production-led transformation, data strategy and global capability centres.
He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of NetXD Inc, a programmable, AI-native banking infrastructure platform purpose-built to enable agentic banking and agentic commerce at scale.
Boillat is an experienced financial services and technology leader with more than 35 years of global experience in senior operational, technology, and data roles.
In his career as a Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Boillat developed expertise in the deployment of AI, data science-led approaches to efficiency, and the delivery of significant transformation programmes.

Mark Kane, Marketing Manager
Hiscox
In his expanded role, Mark will oversee marketing activities across both Ireland and Italy, building on the success of the Hiscox brand in Ireland while supporting the company’s entry into the Italian market.
He will work closely with teams in both countries to drive brand awareness, strengthen broker engagement and support the continued growth of the business.
Kane joined Hiscox Ireland in 2023 as Senior Marketing Executive and has played an important role in supporting the company’s marketing and communications activities.
He brings a strong combination of marketing, media and commercial experience to the role, underpinned by a degree in Journalism and Visual Media and specialist qualifications in digital marketing.
His appointment reflects both his contribution to the continued growth of the Hiscox brand in Ireland and the company’s confidence in his ability to support its expansion into new markets.
Prof. Dr Jan Kemper, Chair
refurbed
Kemper joined refurbed’s Advisory Board in January 2025 and has worked closely with the company’s leadership team and shareholders over the past 18 months.
As Chair, he will support management, investors and the Board in shaping the company’s long-term strategic priorities.
A seasoned technology and finance executive, Kemper previously served in senior finance and operating leadership roles at Zalando, N26 and ProSiebenSat.1.
He currently serves on the boards of several high-growth technology companies, including as Chair of Appinio and Ryzon, and is Professor of Entrepreneurship at RWTH Aachen University.
