Melíosa O’Caoimh, Country Head at Northern Trust Ireland, joined the financial services company as Chief Operating Officer in 2003, when it had just 80 employees. She now oversees a team of over 1,600 in Ireland managing almost €600bn in assets. Ms O’Caoimh believes that the opportunity and sophistication of the business in Ireland attracts top talent home from abroad.
