Origin Enterprises

Origin Enterprises specialises in the future of sustainable land use. The international agronomy services group provides specialist advice, inputs and digital solutions to growers and professionals in agriculture, amenity, landscaping and ecology markets to promote sustainable land use. Globally, they have over 2,600 employees operating in 6 countries including Ireland, the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Brazil. With 48,000 customers and 99 distribution points, their operating profit is 119.7 million euro. Origin Enterprises was chosen as Company of the Month in June 2023.

Sean Coyle

Sean Coyle was appointed Group CEO on 1 July 2020. Coyle first joined Origin in September 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in October 2018.

He was previously Group Finance Director of UDG Healthcare plc and also served as Managing Director of UDG’s Healthcare Supply Chain Division. Prior to UDG, Coyle was Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Aer Lingus plc. He also spent over ten years in Ryanair Holdings plc, where he held a number of senior management positions.

He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and completed his training with KPMG following his graduation from Trinity College Dublin.
